@ sure it’s important to note that I have been going to the gym for 10 years and used to lift weights, so my body is accustomed to working out, which has made it easier for me. However, I've discovered that Pilates can sometimes be tougher than lifting weights-LOL! I've felt muscles I didn't even know existed. Although I used to go to the gym, I traveled a lot in 2023, which led me to stop going. As a result, my body changed, and my muscles got smaller. After starting Pilates my muscle tone has improved significantly, and my body feels very toned. Although it took time to notice changes, I began seeing results after a few months (3 months approximately). One of my primary goals was to improve my scoliosis, and after six months, I was amazed to see that it had decreased. I couldn't believe the difference when I looked at the pictures of my spine! I can't wait to go to the doctor again and see how my spine looks after a full year of Pilates. My advice is to keep working out; you will eventually start noticing changes. Remember that a toned body isn’t the only goal. You will also gain strength, improve your mental health, and enhance your overall well-being. Your relationship with your body will grow stronger, and you will have fun along the way ☺️
Sometimes I think you’re actually in the room with me because your prompts and form corrections are always exactly what I need in the moment!

I was recently diagnosed with Spondylolisthesis and all the exercises in this workout with the exception of the back extension at the end are recommended for my condition. Love this pilates class with all the options. Blessings to you Nicole.

This was so lovely! I've been challenged with a burn-out and the simple act of moving my body has been almost impossible. Today I woke up and felt a lightness I've not experienced in a while, and instantly I felt like practicing pilates to cultivate some fire, take care of my temple and invite my energy to move a bit. This was a perfect start of the day- gentle, but still fiery! Thank you for this class!
I loved this class, and I also like that it is structured so I can monitor improvement. I had to do the first option for the toe taps and bicycle towards the end, and took the suggested breaks in the traditional Pilates segment. I intend to come back regularly and hope one day to complete it. I love this “all levels” structure where we can see progress and hope there will be more classes like this.
