Thank you for these exercises! I've been doing this for about a few months or so now and I notice a big difference in me and not as tired like I used to be and been waking up and feeling refreshed and been trying to eat healthy too and my parents and my Mom's coworkers have been noticing that I've even been losing weight and weighed myself on the scale and at 1 point I came down from over 160-169 down to 150 or 140 Ibs.
@@imnice2169 Yes, a little bit here and there and she explains that to you in some of her healthy eating videos that you need to have some carbs in your diet, but it also depends on the person too. For some people they need some carbs in their foods because of energy wise and some people get really burnt out and feel tired when they don't have carbs in some of there foods whereas some people they do better without carbs and do better with eating just healthy foods. Everyone's body is different and it's all in what you feel like you need and what your body tells you you need. Like for me I find I do better with mostly healthy foods and cheat here and there with some things and when I do, I incorporate a little bit of carbs in my foods. It's also about what foods you find makes you feel alot better in the long run as far as energy wise goes, and it all depends on what meal plan works better for you. That's really my perspective on it. 🙂

trying this everyday and updating until the 2nd week !! my goal is losing weight and defining abs, so along with this routine i'm doing at least 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week + a deficit of 1200 calories per day (-200 from my maintenance) day 1: didn't weight myself this morning so details on that tomorrow! workout was okay, not that demanding so if i have time tomorrow i'll try doing the routine twice day 2: 54.9 kg, just about what i expected my weight to be. no results until now (obviously) but i did wake up feeling less bloated! day 3: 54.25 kg, again no visible results but i'm loving how less bloated this makes me feel !! did the routine twice day 4: 53.9 kg, not much to say again, but i think i can already feel my core getting a bit stronger as i can now finish the workout twice without much struggle day 5: 54.2 kg, a bit higher than yesterday but i think it's bc i ate a lot of carbs and didn't drink enough water, i still ate in a deficit. my hip bones are a bit more visible than before !! day 6, 7 and 8: forgot to update and haven't checked my weight, but still did the routine every day! started seeing small but visible results during day 7 day 9: didn't check weight today either, but my stomach does look a bit more toned and defined already edit from much later: eventually the workout felt too easy, i switched routines so i'm no longer following this vid, but i will say this really does help a lot and as long as you're consistent with both the workout and a calorie deficit you'll be able to see results pretty quick :) wish me luck as i try harder exercises lol, i'm currently 52.8 which isn't a big difference in numbers but my body is much more toned and i went down from a medium size to a small ^^

Actually these workouts alone are not going to just magically make your belly fat disappear it’s only toning eating healthy or in moderation and moving your body and drinking enough water will help you lose body fat you can’t spot reduce fat sadly it’s just not possible but it will help you tone if that’s what you want but you said you wanted to get rid of belly fat so these are a few of many tips that are going to help you ❤

maybe try engaging your core? i do this by holding in my belly but i believe if you think about engaging your core, it'll work? im not sure i heard that from another workout youtuber

Day 1: did 2 reps obviously didn't see much of a difference. Day 1: It was difficult but I got through the entire video without breaks

Day 1: did 2 reps obviously didn't see much of a difference. Gosh it's painful tho 😭
Day 2: still no difference obviously. 2 reps, honestly I feel more pain in my legs then my stomach 😅
Day 3: slight difference, yay
Day 4,5,6: I didn't do day 4 but I did it say 5 and 6. I already see a difference and I'm probably gonna continue this but I'm not gonna update anymore srt

This is amazing! I can never do Russian twists for some reason but can do basically everything else 😂 and all the other workouts I’ve seen include those but they always make me lose my consistent, this is perfect tho tyyy ❤

does anyone know how to eat more calories without gaining weight i only eat 700-1000 calories a day and its not healthy but i wanted to tone my body but not gain or loose any weight any tips?
If you eat like this you might lose weight, fat mass and lean mass. It's not possible to tone your body with such low calories. An unhealthy diet can cause you lots of negative side effects
You should follow an healthy diet of carbs, fat, protein every day!
