Good luck everyone!! Some tips to boost the results ^^ : 1. Drink 1 liter of green tea or warm water every night before you go to sleep, it really helps! 2. Listen to those ''weight loss diet'' music/soundtracks while you drink you water, it boosts your metabolism! 3. Do warm up before the workout 4. Do stretching after the workout!! Helps with the results and makes your abs hurt less after! gl
@@divyankameena425 for height workout I dont think it matters what you drink just before it if you normally drink milk and get enough calcium! But its never bad to drink before the workout too and may boost it so drink if u like! Good luck :))

@@dmtr.lilith gurl your not fat at all your even considered underweighted I mean try making your weight divide your height in Meters squared and if you see a number lower than 18.5 your underweighted if between 18.5 and 22 your healthy weighted if more your over weighted so in your case it's 17.3 🙂

Hey girl, how tall are you? Because 43 kg aren't a lot already. Also working out everyday isn't necessarily the best way, give yourself some rest. Another point is that you can only lose weight when you are in a calorie deficit, this comes mostly from food, working out to lose weight doesn't really work and only takes away fun from moving your body. If you really want to lose weight you have to be very consistent, otherwise you'll feel the jojo effect and won't stay at your weight for long.

@@manelijazayeri5289 So if you weigh 43 kg and are 155cm tall, you're on the on the lower side of normal weight, some might even consider you underweight. It sounds like you shouldn't lose weight, you should rather try to find confidence in your body (which isn't easy at 13, I know that from my own experience) and a good coping mechanism for stress instead of eating. Or course, eating cookies isn't bad but doing it against stress isn't healthy. So maybe try to find ways to deal with stress and see sweets as something you can award yourself with or just a thing to enjoy here and there. You don't have to lose weight, still a nice workout can boost confidence, strengthen your body and mind and help you to fight stress. If you find yourself restricting in your diet or feeling really unhappy I suggest you seeking for help from someone you trust or a professional.

Look at her past videos and see those comments. I can't tell you because I have been on and off. My workout journey is hard because I have trouble staying consistent, but when I would try it I would lose a couple of pounds and feel pretty good for just doing her workouts. It's very nice😌

if your goal is weight loss then the workouts help but cutting out some calories would really be beneficial and help with toning, its best to do it slowly though nothing too crazy :)

It could be your diet, I'd recommend seeing a dietitian to make sure your diet is as perfect as it can get! I know you said you have a healthy diet but it's totally worth it to see one! If it continues it could be something wrong with your stomach or something:)
Depends on whether you are in a calorie deficit or not but even if you gain weight from the workout it comes from muscles as they are heavier than fat and muscles are very good for you
Unfortunately, most breasts can't be shrinked as their size is dependent on hormones and genetics but for some people training their chest muscles and losing weight helps
