I start doing this on my fat loss journey on apr 2023 and til now still doing it, part of my daily exercise. I have lost 10kgs and lose body fat and gain muscle mass (ps : i also mindfully choose what i eat, defcal and focus on protein and paying attention for my micro nutrient)
It's my 5th day and I can really see changes in my abdomen area specially 😍 You should definitely try this workout U should do this 3 times in a day for better results But plz do avoid junk foods 🙃
I did this for 2 weeks. First week i did everything but in 1/2 so instead of 20 reps i did 10, instead of 16 reps i did 8 and instead of 30s i did 15s, only because my body couldn't handle it at first so I made it a little easy for me to do at first. Second week i was able to do it properly, still struggled but it was better than my first day haha. I did 3 sets, sometimes 2 sets and I had 1 minute rest after a set was completed. By the 2nd week I was able to notice a change on my abdomen and arms. This workout was fun and quite effective. Highly enjoyable with fun music!

I did this for 2 days and I got so bad cramps (ofc I did more exercise after this video) for 2 days off cause my whole body got muscle sour and I can't even bend or got up easy so I have to rest sadly. But now today I'll be doing it again. I hope it still works 🤞

I did this for 2 weeks.
