  • Eliminate fat under the armpits with a great back exercise routine. Many times we work to eliminate the fat rolls of the lower back and waist but we also have to burn the fat that accumulates under the bra area, part of the upper back. It is as important for a woman to reduce her waist as to maintain a toned back.

    These videos are the only work out videos I dont get bored of. Some videos have workouts that I find useless or dont help. Her videos actually give me results though, and I find none of them useless.

      @@farahslifestyle987 Yes, it will. You will notice a difference. I have combined this arm workout with others she's got on her channel. I am doing about 45 min of arm workouts every day.

    I love all your videos and since i started doing them by watching you everyday i started to lose my body weight i have big body and thank u soo much from 76 kg in one month i am now 68.2 i will keep watching ur videos and let me know where can i buy your drinking powder.
    I dont mind trying to drink and spend dollars with this product because it helps me losing my weight and gosh i have a good shape now. My target weight is 52 kg i am dreaming hahaha but it works from 76 kg now 68.2

    i love your videos, this is very easy and no weights.. i've been consistently lifting weights at the gym and it's not working. especially that i got a birth control implant (nexplanon) it tough to lose weight because it causes water retention. I've been doing this for 3 days plus 30-45 minutes cardio for 3 miles and I can see that it's burning my armpit fat really good, i'm not quite there yet but I'll keep on doing this for another 2 weeks everyday.. i guess we'll find out.

      Just an update, i am
      seeing some results now for doing this for a week, i also run 3-5 miles everyday to increase my metabolism and helps burn my armpit fat. i will do this for a month and we'll see the results. welcome sexy summer!!! :)

      Hi i started almost 3 weeks ago and i lose lots of weight. I disciplined myself in eating tho.. but everyday exercise.. from 76kg i am now 68.2

    The exercises are really working....I am on my 5th day and I can feel the results..
