    Ron, you have changed my life. I am currently suffering the pain of my first days with MSE and your story is what's keeping me going. I am likely the minority here being a female little Jimmy and I know your content is geared towards men, but your videos and your experience have been so valuable in my own journey to reverse the effects of my extractions. If it weren't for your channel, I would have gone crazy wondering what was wrong with my health and appearance. Now I am certain that I am making the best choices thanks to your hardwork and sacrifice to obtain and share your knowledge. Thank you so much and I hope you have a blessed life!

      I believe about 40% of people who would greatly benefit from wider maxillae are females (men have bigger faces/maxillae, so it's slightly harder to raise decently-developed sons than daughters).
      The reason almost everyone here is male is we're genetically/traditionally a polygynous species, so romance/dating/marriage is far easier for deformed women than deformed men.
      In the fight to stop the physical degeneration of faces, mothers will be key; they're the ones who breastfeed and wean children.
      Today's breastfeeding and weaning practices mechanically poison babies.
      It's the duty of every good man and woman to help change the cultural direction of breastfeeding and weaning so that babies are allowed to develop normally once again.

    You're a hero Ron. I cannot wait to show everyone my skeletal improvements from hard mewing on the Craniofacial Action Page. Just need to strengthen my SCM that bit more, rid myself of the torticollis for good, and then expand that maxilla that bit more to even out my asymmetry and show the improvements even a 25 year old (on the cusp of the sutures fusing greater) can make. And one of my biggest inspirations was your 3 day releasing of the suture with MSE.

I'm still working to strengthen my neck (Scalene, scm etc.) and I'm very close to having strengthened it entirely. When I post on the Craniofacial page, it will represent itself perfectly, you'll be able to see how the neck visibly looks weak before compared to now, let alone in a few weeks or a month or two at best when it is all strengthened. And the dental asymmetry is so corresponding with the neck asymmetry. It lines up perfectly and shows how not being able to have my tongue up there has narrowed and slanted that one side. But even now I can see skeletal improvement, which is spurring me on more.

    Also, I believe this underdeveloped faces epidemic is a way of the elites to emasculate men into becoming weaker, Weaker men = more compliance in the work force, Less probability to independency and leadership traits, Become a slave to the system like everyone else. I went to an orthodontist this week who suggested invisalign, but said will only expand my pallet by around 2mm as she said my bones won’t grow anymore. I really think j need a palat expander though.

    • @senior7407
      @senior7407 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I have a question, why not expand your arch with mewing? I was considering MSE but is it kinda outside of your genetics when you can mew and get "genetic results"? Instead of something kinda unnatural to your facial aesthetics?

    • @senior7407
      @senior7407 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      To add onto that, I'd rather wait 3-4 years to expand my suture naturally with proper posture and time than get the MSE and maybe risk over expanding one part that is even outside of my tongue placement which Is completely unnecessary and unnatural, The tongue and MSE have the same premise, They both expand, but the tongue knows when and how to expand, I'll elaborate, when you stand with good posture and your palate overtime extends, that's the way of your body signaling to you that you're healing out of the years of bad posture, when you get the MSE the palate expands whether your body allows it or not, it does, that's why I've heard TMJ issues with with palate expander, if your maxilla is completely recessed and you can't even put the tongue up there and that's your only option, no worries, but don't over extend, only minimally, I feel like people rush into fully expanding that's why they get undesirable results.
      Mewing has expanded my arch pretty well from the ages of 17 to 20, even when I wasn't consistent, when I was 18 I remember my arch was so deep inside that I had to shove my tongue in there like a mad man every chance I got, and it worked, now I can mee much better, orthotropics is all about fixing your bad habits, and fixing isn't easy, sometimes it feel unnatural and forced but eventually you'll get the hang of it, for an example imagine the first time as a kid you learnt to ride a bike, it felt so amazingly odds trying forcing yourself into this balanced position for more than 3 seconds then also moving your legs while doing it, now? It feels so effortlessly easy, just get on a bike and move, that's what making a habit is.
      Excuse this long rant but some people prefer to take shortcuts to something that's fixible naturally, although I do recognise people who are extremely recessed and have to, that's fine no doubt but never over expand, only minimally.

      @@swagpeach9850 honestly Andrew Tate has some sort of facial bone structure while even have an underdeveloped face, it's still masculine and his cheekbones pop out, We can see this same facial feature on someone like Jeremy Meeks the guy who became famous for having godlike facial structure, when you see his profile his jaw is slightly recessed, I'm not sure what it kind of environmental effect does that, but maybe it's genetics.
