Hey Ronald great interviews with Dr. Ting. about the MSE.
I am interested in your opinion on the following: I believe I have at the moment both jaws a bit too narrow from where they should be however I have normal occlusion (with no apparent tilting of any teeth). If MSE was done could the maxilla become too wide for the mandible and cause bite problems? Thanks for the videos your channel is great.

Hey man, followed your journey for the past year and appreciate the content you are putting out a lot! Would MSE also help with the upswing and forward growth of the face? not just lateral. Or what would be the next step after an MSE? I think you talked about "bone graphing" for the lower jaw to follow the uppers expansion, and then invisalign to allign the teeth again, in and older video

From my understanding MSE almost entirely does lateral expansion.

very informative, about the mse, which here where i am they dont use mse on adults unfortunatly. But instead i am going to have invisalign braces very soon, just to use it to push/ expand my teeth outwards, with the hope that i will gain a bit of a fuller face again, because after two upper wisdom teeth removals few months ago, face started to shrink and cheekbones as well, wich was very prominent before the extractions. but now after watching this video, it might be better not to expand teeth outwards?

Hi, I definitely have a narrow palate, I have had Nasal/Sinus/turbinate reduction and still struggle a bit to breathe through my nose freely, I am a very healthy 58 year old, can I still have MSE if I get surgery to release the palate fusion?.

i have severe underbite my jaw surgeon told me that i could get mse (my upper jaw is way narrower than lower) but my ortho says that i cant get mse and i will need tooth expanders with 1.5 years of braces and jaw surgery. i dont know who to trust please help

So you can do MSE only if you have an upper jaw that’s narrower than the lower jaw?

perhaps but it is almost always the case that the upper BASAL BONE is narrower than the lower BASAL BONE. don't look at the teeth as their angulation may deceive you. look at the underlying bone to determine which is bigger, upper or lower.

What if our lower jaw have also become narrow to compensate with the upper jaw . So is there any way to also expand the lower jaw with regards to the upper ?
