I've been doing your workouts since April. I'm a 46 yo single mom and prior to working out with you I had tried many programs but couldn't make any stick. I've really noticed my muscle mass declining in the last few years, but since doing your workouts I am definitely feeling and seeing a difference! I really appreciate how they are short and sweet (I'm currently loving your 20 minute workouts), they work the whole body, and there's so much diversity I never get bored. My low back issues are much improved now that my glutes/core/lats are stronger (maybe stronger than they've ever been?) and I also notice that I'm much stronger on my mountain bike as well. Your level of instruction is just right for me. I appreciate your encouragement to modify and your bright smile when the burn starts kicking in! Thank you so much Mik! I have been doing your workouts for about 2 months now, just a couple times a week as an addition to my Yoga practice, and what a difference it has made! I have more energy, and I notice I am stronger in things like side plank and chaturanga...they are becoming easier. Thank you for these video they are really well done and hit just right.
This workout is fantastic!! All the moves are challenging and empowering!! My favorite is the side lunge to diagonal tap down to opposite knee up press up because you get lateral movement, oblique/core work, balance and shoulder strength!! Feeling great!! I recently started your Winter workout challenge and I can’t thank you enough for putting together such a balanced and well thought out program. Particularly for women with PCOS. It’s recommended that we do slow weighted workouts, as opposed to intense cardio / HIIT workouts everyday. Other fitness channels on TH-cam promote so much of the high intensity stuff that almost kills you by the 2nd minute, and they make it look like that’s the only way to lose weight. I also LOVE the different combinations you come up with. Some of the moves are so unique and fun to do!!

I am recovering from a car accident and in combination with physio and your workouts I know I can strengthen my body and recover properly (I have to modify of course but you have to start somewhere!) THANK YOU. I really appreciate your work. I was procrastinated to work out for many months now after a knee injury. I felt so hopeless because I've lost many of the abilities I won during the years training. I found this workout today and I just thought: "I'll do it. I'll try. It's not how it usted to be but it's 22 minutes of something." I did it. I completed. Of course, I cannot let go the thought that I usted to train 3 timmes more this workout, but this is something, and I'll keep pushing me to come back for 20 minutes more every day.

I loved the idea of putting the dumbell on your leg in the donkey kicks. I always have trouble engaging the glute during that move and this makes it so much easier!! I'm so excited about it hahaha

Great workout! I originally found your channel when searching for resistance band workouts & those are excellent. I'd love to see more 20-30 minute strength & sculpt workouts using bands and/or loops. Maybe a workout alternating between bands & dumbbells, with mods for folks who don't have bands?
