    I have been practicing this meditation for a while now. Can't even begin to express how powerful this simple meditation is. So grateful that I came across this video and deep bow to Dandapani 🙏

    I have been practicing this 🧘‍♂️ for more than 6 months. It is heavenly experience. After doing this meditation, Please do om chanting to feel more relaxed and increase the benefit of meditation

    I took this 1 step further into my hesrt.
    HEART CENTER PRESSENCE
    Use your breath to have presence with your body and listen to hear nature. As you Breathe out release what is uncomfortable within..
    have pressence behind your eyes as you see nature with each breath gaining more of your awareness within yourself. After 3 breathes you should be feeling pressence within and withthe surrounding nature sights and sounds.
    Now close your eyes and bring your focus from behind your eyes , back and up a bit to the middle of your head. From this place it will feel like more of a birds eye view. Focus on your breath in and out through your nose feeling your air scrape against the back of your throat seeing your breath in your vision, in through your nose like your smelling your favorite flower expanding your abdomen and out releasing your breath seeing your abdomen release the air.
    Feeling familiar with yourself after three breaths place your hands on your heart to focus your attention to your heart space breathe and visualize your heart in the same manner, put your focus intention on being in your heart. Now breathe from your heart, vision you breath in and out through your heart feel it expand and retact, breathing through your heart. After three or more breaths you should be present with your heart?. Smile, be happy you have taken time to give yourself love and care. Smile knowing you love your heart and you are happy to be here with your heart With interest , Speak OUTLOUD TO YOUR HEART! "hello heart" I LOVE YOU I AM HERE WITH YOU, DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING YOU WANT TO TELL ME?
    take notice of how your heart feels, do you sense a feeling or vibration from your heart? Do words appear in your mind? Or did you get a vision? If not, imagine your heart eyes, say hello to the eyes. what does the emotion in the eyes you see tell you about your heart? Do you feel the eyes are sad? Or do they feel Angry? Or do you see fearful eyes? Aknowledge what you see.. saying i see you heart, i see you are......
    Is there something you want to say to me?
    what does your heart have to say to you..
    Whatever comes to your mind write it down or sit with that acknowledge the information your recieve without judgement without labeling just see it if you are in your heart you will feel compassion i have only felt love from this place.
    When we nurture ourselves, we nurture our nature within. by giving our pressence to ourself we restore the disharmony and feel connection to self nature and to divine source a wonderful sensation of being supported in your body mind and spirit.
    I have only felt Love from this place.
    WE WILL FIND OUR INNER CHILD BEHIND OUR HEART.
    All life just wants our pressence. This includes our body parts.
    ( don't worry about giving yourself rules on how this meditation is supposed to go just read through and Trust in your own guidance that you will understand what to do throughout this meditation)

    Thank you for the Meditation it was relaxing. Does it any meaning during meditation my head was almost flopping toward front while I try my muscles to relax, why my awareness pointing
    My head?its hard to explain

    It was amazing at the end when I opened my eyes the room felt soo much larger. What is that supposed to mean. Feels like I'm a spectator.

    I tried to do this meditation. I have given it two tries now, but around the “feeling warmth” of your body and “nervous system” part...all of my concentration goes away because of the guided instructions. They also go on for a good amount of time which eliminates any chances of building back concentration if it goes away for a second. What should I do about this?

      Try to concentrate in diferent parts of your body. Just focus a while in your hand, feet, sholders...try it and you'll began to concentrate!!😉
