I wanted to say that if you have doubts about meditation, just try to believe in it. I still don’t know what it is, but every time I listen to meditation videos like this and practice it, things I want to happen start happening. Very recent example is yesterday. I was informed about my layoff a few months ago and I had been job hunting like crazy. My first three interviews I didn’t get any offer, but I kept going while believing that the universe wants me to succeed in a way that makes me happy, and I kept saying thank you for the smallest things and really appreciate everything. Yesterday I got a job offer at a company I felt the most comfortable with during the interview, at the perfect location, in the industry I like, with the offer slightly above my asking. Meditation is not just about listening and laying down pretending you believe it. You need to have faith in it and feel it really coming. I decided to comment like this because a lot of my close friends don’t believe in the power of meditation and I hope more people will believe it. I kid you not, i listened to this last night and felt this overwhelming shift of energy. Felt like something shifted deep within me. Woke up in the morning and checked my bank account to see that i received $300 out of NOWHERE. No idea where that money came from, it quite literally materialized in my account out of thin air. It felt as if i shifted realities. A feeling i can't really explain, but it works.

I listened to this video every day for 4 days in a row. I'm a master degree student at other university and it's hard to get a tutor for my thesis since i know literaly no one here. I liked the research of one doctor, but a fellow student told me that she had already written her an email and that doctor no longer supervises any students. I told myself i should at least try it. It doesnt cost me anything. I listened to this video and sent an email to the doctor saying that I would like to write my thesis under her supervision. Her answer was we can talk on Monday after the lecture. I was pleasantly surprised. Today I talked to her and she offered me not only to write my thesis under her supervision but also to work part-time at the institute. It was literaly miracle because she declined the other student week before my mail. She got a new offer for the 5 years project and that means a new opportuniny for me Im literaly so so happy because i wanted to work in that institute long time ago when i started my bachelors but i wasnt feeling good enough. Now maybe I am good enough :) Thank you God 🙏🏻 thank you universe ✨Thank you Mary Kate 💕

I am 53 years old and pressing through one of the most challenging phases in my life's journey and I am so grateful that I've found this. Mary Kate I just want to say that I’ve been doing your gratitude meditation and the money meditation. Just now I’ve received 6,279 of which I wasn’t expecting 😭 I’ve been unemployed for awhile I was denied unemployment and I felt useless not knowing where was I gonna get income from to pay my bills. @@yunusahussaini6645 Yep, I didn't use this video but the 15 minute for manifestation for about 5-7 days and it worked! I literally had NO $ and rent was due and I asked a family member for help but I still kept faith. Well this family member told me I'm in their will and how much it was worth (which is A LOT almost had a stroke!) and I could take out as much as I wanted to. I got the $ wired into my account the next day! I did the meditation but read and studied about manifestation further. The main mistake people do is get so panicked, depressed and anxious. The universe can't help you if this is your vibration you have to raise it with gratitude and not let doubt set in and forget about it and don't think about it at all. You must have NERVES of STEEL. This was REALLY HARD for me not to and it does take practice. You have to meditate and leave it and be very grateful. She's right the universe does not let you down EVER!
After hearing this several times and investigating more on the topic of miracles, abundance and law of attraction I finally started experience several miracles in my life! Money abundance finally came to me to start new projects to get to my final life goal, to help others! Thanks a lot for sharing! Will keep being grateful everyday!

Marina Bodrick it’s really hard to make and realize that you do deserve abundance... even though it might seem the logical thing we normally have several blockages that we must be willing to acknowledge, repair and heal, and also use in our favor! I highly recommend investigating more and in case you require more help or information me or a lot of people are willing to help! Just ask!

That was such a powerful meditation. When at the end you gave us a moment to feel gratitude for everything we ever experienced, literally in my mind I saw sth like a Film of everything that ever happened to me - first this year, the next scene when I was younger, then another scene from last year and so on - and I felt grateful for everything that ever happened; for every person I got to meet; for my childhood; good and bad times; the time I got to spend with my grandpa before he passed away; me hiking with my family - everything - and I literally started crying feeling grateful and happy at the same time ❤❤❤

Hello I did this meditation and when I’d finished the time was 1222. I looked up the number meaning as I believe in those messages and I’m amazed its reference directly to manifesting. I’m on my way I can feel it. Thank you very much. The angel number 1222 signifies that you need to put your faith in a higher power. The Universe can see your efforts, and when angel number 1222 comes your way, it reminds you that you are not alone. Remain positive, and everything you are working toward will happen.

Omg Mary Kate, I did this meditation the last two days but fell asleep midway bc it was so soothing, however I think your voice still reached my subconscious mind. I was in such a funk, especially last night, but after doing your meditation I felt better. Then I woke up with a really grateful heart and several epiphanies. I was in such a better mood. All morning I saw signs, symbols I’d asked for earlier in the week, and repeating numbers. Then I found out that I’m getting a work bonus for $650 this week. I have been trying to manifest but my vibration was off, however I feel like I’m slowly getting back on track with your videos and meditations. Thank you so much. Just now I’ve received 6,279 of which I wasn’t expecting 😭 I’ve been unemployed for awhile I was denied unemployment and I felt useless not knowing where was I gonna get income from to pay my bills. And boom!! This showed up I’m crying of happiness and shocked I’m like did I do this did I really. I’m so grateful for the my God the universe and you Mary Kate thank you!!! ♥️♥️♥️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 blessings

Faithful to it know that it’s already yours main thing is feel it and know that it’s coming. If you can feel it in your heart you can have it. May God grant all your hearts desires. ♥️🙏

@@yunusahussaini6645 Yep, I didn't use this video but the 15 minute for manifestation for about 5-7 days and it worked! I literally had NO $ and rent was due and I asked a family member for help but I still kept faith. Well this family member told me I'm in their will and how much it was worth (which is A LOT almost had a stroke!) and I could take out as much as I wanted to. I got the $ wired into my account the next day! I did the meditation but read and studied about manifestation further. The main mistake people do is get so panicked, depressed and anxious. The universe can't help you if this is your vibration you have to raise it with gratitude and not let doubt set in and forget about it and don't think about it at all. You must have NERVES of STEEL. This was REALLY HARD for me not to and it does take practice. You have to meditate and leave it and be very grateful. She's right the universe does not let you down EVER!

So I’ve been stuck in a rut recently, not believing in myself and my own power. I listened to this right after waking up and cried so hard from the joy of gratefulness and I realized so much. AND THEN I got out of bed to get ready for the day and I went to spotify and shuffled a playlist and sat there MANIFESTED THE EXACT SONG I WAS WANTING TO PLAY. That was such a powerful meditation. When at the end you gave us a moment to feel gratitude for everything we ever experienced, literally in my mind I saw sth like a Film of everything that ever happened to me - first this year, the next scene when I was younger, then another scene from last year and so on - and I felt grateful for everything that ever happened; for every person I got to meet; for my childhood; good and bad times; the time I got to spend with my grandpa before he passed away; me hiking with my family - everything - and I literally started crying feeling grateful and happy at the same time ❤❤❤

Omg Mary Kate, I did this meditation the last two days but fell asleep midway bc it was so soothing, however I think your voice still reached my subconscious mind. I was in such a funk, especially last night, but after doing your meditation I felt better. Then I woke up with a really grateful heart and several epiphanies. I was in such a better mood. All morning I saw signs, symbols I’d asked for earlier in the week, and repeating numbers. Then I found out that I’m getting a work bonus for $650 this week. I have been trying to manifest but my vibration was off, however I feel like I’m slowly getting back on track with your videos and meditations. Thank you so much.
