    Day 4. I feel great. I have tried several different beginner yoga programs. This is the first one that actually works you up slowly. And walks you through step by step in ways you understand. I'm really living this. Thank you!

    The hip circles felt SO GOOD! Who would’ve known such a simple thing could feel so good? I’m incorporating this into my daily stretching ❤️

      Same! I thought they would actually hurt...but they didn't! If I hadn't started to trust SarahBeth, I may not have tried them to be honest. Felt shockingly good.

    I have just recovered from Covid and decided to try Yoga as a less intensive workout to help me get my body back on track. It is working really well and the way you present it makes it really easy to grow into it.

    I love how you slow down all the moves I just previously did on auto-pilot, without understanding how each micro-movement affected my breath and nervous system. This is such a great way to relearn how to unite my mind and body with yoga. You're amazing, Sarah Beth!

    Hi! Thread the Needle felt so good for my upper back body! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my upper back body, especially my traps. So this pose offers a lovely release. Also, I laughed when you said, "standing with a lot of sass!" So funny, but I did exactly that. Thanks for another lovely practice 🙏💜

    I do this every couple of days, I'm 22 years old with a ton of hip pain but this has really helped reduce it so much... I feel like I'm getting my life back

    Day 4 done! Accompanied by my "cat pack". They are very belwildered by why "Mom" is on the floor and each picks a different direction to head in/lay on me - one loves to stand and block the monitor. SarahBeth, I think Ivy adores your voice. By the time 10 minutes is over, all 3 cats are laying down and are sleepy looking too..lol.

    Thank you for offering the suggestion to use something to hold onto with my hands in the back. I sometimes get discouraged because my hands don’t comfortably intertwine like that, and I’ve never heard anyone give a modification like that. I felt really good doing this practice today!     I just completed day 4/7 tonight and this one was my favorite so far with my hips being so tight I liked how we were allowing the stretching within the hips in the circle cycle. And I feel very relaxed and ready for bed! So excited to continue this journey and see what’s next for day 5🤍

    I am just starting to do yoga for my mental and physical health. This video is the first one that I found that doesn't lie. It says beginner, and it is, a lot of the others say it and it is most definitely not true. Thank you so much. I hurt so bad from starting back to work and I just want it to stop. That is when yoga came to mind and your video did it, thank u so much.

    Thank you for the stretches! I had to take a break from my 7-day challenge due to my work schedule but it was nice to get back into it again! I used my brand new yoga mat, yoga block and yoga socks for this challenge and they worked great! I have a busy day today and feel more calm now than I did before the challenge. Looking forward to the next one!

    I am really enjoying yoga. 10 minutes is perfect for my busy schedule but then I'm disappointed when the 10 minutes is over, like it'snot enough. I feel so good after each session.

    This is my Day 4/7 of the Beginners Yoga Challenge
    I am so so grateful to you Sarah for all these videos and making them into challenges. I have done yoga before and I used to do home workouts daily too.
    But for some reasons I couldn't workout for quite a lot of days.
    These practices have been a great way to start. After every practice I feel so good and energized to get through my day.

    Your tuition is amazing. As a total novice I can still feel great benefit from the workouts. My strength, flexibility, breathing and mental centre have improved so much. Thank you.

    This was a wonderful practice today. I loved the hip circles. I also love that individual poses are focused to do them correctly.

    I started the beginner yoga. I’m 51 and getting stiff bodied. This is a life’s saver. I absolutely love yoga only a few days in. My body and mind feel amazing. Thank you so much for these videos.

    My favorite part of this video was the standing back bend! Also i loved the parts where you added helpful commentary and I also love how you reminded us to go slow and to be careful with our movements! Thanks for this awesome video!

    My body wanted something different today, so I did this session after rowing. Those hip circles really helped me reset and ease tension from my body. I’m ready to take on the rest of my day!
