    Imagine: successful crescent without wobbling! I am learning to slow it down. I sweat and it feels more challenging, but the poses are simultaneously more accessible. It’s like magic. Finding balance and stability, breath and being present on the mat are truly what is needed this year and this is setting a foundation I personally need. Namaste and thank you.

    It was good to connect to my breath once again, also to be challenged by the eagle legs. I was unsure if I would be able to maintain my balance, but your encouragement to keep calm helped me maintain the pose. It’s a good feeling when you think you won’t be able to do something, but you do. :)

    I enjoyed this sequence today. I am still within my 10 week period of recovery from a complete hysterectomy which removed all of the endometrial cancer. My body is cancer free. I'm feeling bliss and strength as I move forward.

    I love the gentle flow you teach us; I have tried to learn flow under other instructors, and always felt like I couldn’t really keep up or keep stable in my poses. The pace in this one is perfect for me!

    This series is amazing. I have two hip replacements, one shoulder replacement and severe back problems. I always wanted to try yoga but was discouraged. I am amazed by these beginner videos. I AM DOING IT AND FEEL A DIFFERENCE IN MY BODY ALREADY ! Iwill never stop. Thank you for making these videos accessible and rewarding

    This is so good because you also learn how these poses are meant to be done (and not) which most other videos just assume you already know. It's the perfect balance between the technical aspect of yoga and the mental and spiritual parts.

    My sister is very much into yoga and keeps insisting I should try it for flexibility and working towards having a better quality of life in what I hope are my golden years (getting really close to them).
    But I’ve always struggled to enjoy it because all the videos I found felt very advanced and I was overwhelmed by them, no explanation, quick shift between poses and I felt so out of place overall.
    This is the first time I’ve been able to enjoy yoga and been doing your sessions for a few weeks already. Thank you for explaining each movement, encouraging us to do the sessions even if we’re not perfect and taking your time so we can follow ✨

    I especially liked being guided into flowing one breath, one movement in a simple sequence. I often find the transitions more challenging than the asanas, so practicing flowing with simple exercises was really nice.
    Are there more very simple flows you can recommend from your videos?
    One thing I often find especially challenging is stepping through from down dog to low lunge. My feet always get stuck halfway. Are there any exercises/asanas that will help me improve, apart from just repeating over and over? Or anything I could pay specific attention to in order to make it work better?

      Tons of flows, looks for the teal thumbnail videos. In the SarahBethYoga APP you can filter by style AND level, that would help a lot. For stepping through work on your core and mobility with more knee taps from downdog like what we do in a lot of our power videos. For now it’s okay to grab your ankle with your hand to pull it up the rest of the way

    Really enjoying the yoga challenge as I approach my 60th birthday. I'm not new to yoga but I have never kept it up long enough to make it a practice but I'm hoping this will help me do that. Thanks for all you do.

    It took me a minute to find my balance but I got it. Your easy step by step makes yoga seem easier. I hope one day I will be able to do the more challenging poses. I am glad I found a place to start.

    I crack and pop in almost every pose for every one of these sessions so far lol

    Squeezing this one in before bedtime because of Spring Break for the kids. Loved eagle pose. The release felt amazing!

    SarahBeth, so glad I found your yoga videos during the quarantine! You have been an integral part of my holistic approach to health over this last year.
    You make yoga accessible to busy single dads like me. 10/20/30 minute videos can perfectly fit the type of day I am having lol.
    I also find that your instructional comments are so well timed during the videos. How do you know that my shoulders are slouched, or my face needs to relax, lol. I love it.
    Thank you for making a difference in my life and indirectly in all the lives that I touch on a daily basis. You are the best!

    Sara Beth, thank you for this content - it has been exactly what I was looking for. I'm a 55 year old guy with poor stretching habits, so I've experienced many injuries and generally lack flexibility. The time and degree of difficulty have been perfect for me and hopefully will springboard me into longer practices and a lifetime of yoga :)

    Ugh, the twists and lunges were just what I needed. Tried a new workout yesterday and I woke up feeling a little stiff, especially in my back and shoulders. This practice helped a lot!

    I really enjoyed this. Im almost 8 month post-partum, and it's been great to slowly re-engage my core and start strengthening again.

    #BeginnerYogaChallenge #Day 5 Wow! It was so tempting to use the strength of my legs instead of my core to balance myself. I have a long way to go, but it doesn't scare me as much a before because of this challenge. Thank you!

    This was my first time doing Yoga. Appreciate you not going crazy with the movements. Sort of challenging on the bending but we'll get there
