What do you do when your muscles still hurt ? Train further or wait until pain is gone (even this takes days). Good videos!
It is important to let your muscles rest before targeting them again during another workout, but it is normal if they are still a little sore. One day rest is usually enough, but listen to your body and do what feels best for you. Stay strong!

Do them on your knees, if that's to hard then take a pause on the bottom and rest on your chest and then push up. If that's to hard then just do the "lowering part" slowly until you build up strength to push up.
