    오늘은 정말 오랜만에 노스쿼트, 노런지, 노층간소음 (이하 노노노) 운동을 들고왔는데요. 제가 개인적으로 노노노 운동 중에서 탱고 느낌이 낭낭하게 나는 '샤발라야'랑 '세뇨리따' 두 가지 프로그램을 가장 좋아합니다🤭 왜냐면 음악에 맞춰 몸을 흔들어 제끼다 보면 시간도 금방 가고 스트레스도 엄청 풀리는데요. 칼로리 소모 효과가 정말 미쳤거든요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 그래서 쿠팡에서 밸리대스 추시는 분들이 착용하시는 스팽글도 하나 사가지고 10일간 아침 공복에 매일같이 맹연습해서 한번 다시 리메이크로 찍어봤습니다💃🏻 모쪼록 우리 라둥이분들도 저처럼 즐겁고 신나게 운동하시면서 스트레스도 팍팍! 칼로리 소모도 팍팍! 체중감량도 팍팍! 하셔서 조금 더 행복해지시길 진심으로 바랄게요🩷

    I loved this workout so much! I wasn’t expecting to sweat as much because the intensity wasn’t to high but the full body burn was no joke! Thank you for this workout it’s good to do when I’m lazy and don’t want a workout high in intensity

    어머낫ㅋㅋ 라희님~ 저 2달만에 18키로 뺐잖아요~ 요요오기 전부터 라희님 운동만했는데 매일 루틴이 오마이갓,-1000칼로리,컴온베이비,텔레토비 이렇게 네가지 번갈아가면서 한시간 몸풀어주고 30분이상 라희님 HIIT운동 하거든여ㅋㅋ(20분대 HIIT는 +10분운동) 역시 오늘도 그렇게했는데 동작도 다외워가지고ㅋㅋ 강아지들도 '쟤 또시작이구나'이러고 피해주거든여ㅋㅋ 근데 이거도 해볼까하고 설명안보고 켰는데 익숙한노래와 동작이.. 익숙한 노래나오니까 강아지들이 달려오다가 유턴해서 돌아갔어요ㅋㅋ 빵터져가지고 계속 웃으면서 운동했네요ㅋㅋ 이건 그냥켰다가 노스쿼트,런지라서 일시정지하고 핏밴드 얼렁 하고 했어여ㅋㅋ(운동후에 씻으면서 반지괄사, 씻은후 미네랄폼롤러로 상하체도 다합니다ㅋㅋ 라희님 템 다있어요)항상 감사해요^^!! 사랑합니다~❤

    I am a 14 year old who's trying to lose weight before summer and along with this exercise I am going to try doing 10k steps as well along with being on a caloric deficit
    Weight 66kg height 164
    1 Day one done ✅
    2 two I drank chia seeds while working out I hope it works I'll update when I am done working out I did 10k to 11k steps today

    매일 에이핏님 운동 여러가지 바꿔가며 하고 있어요! Hiit는 수술한 다리 무리가서 못하는데 노노노 운동이나 걷기 에어로빅 등등 뛰지 않는 운동 위주로 하는데 항상 쉬워보이면서도 중간부터 땀이 엄청나고 효과가 좋은거 같아요ㅠㅜ 제가 첨 다이어트중 정체기가 왔을 때 에이핏님 운동하고 극복했어요! 지금은 꾸준히 한달에 2-3kg씩 빠지고 있습니다! 항상 응원합니다!! 좋은 영상 많이 찍어주세요 😊

    Это тренировка мне очень понравилась, кроме этого я делаю тренировку на ноги так что думаю результат будет эффективный
    1 день: На завтрак пила только лимонную воду, и сразу начала тренировку. Тренировка очень легкая, кайфовала танцуя, и потела слегка так как я делала только 20 мин и еще делала упражнения на ноги

    My weight is 64kg i will do this my high 166cm
    Day1 ☑️ im tired my weight 64,40 kg
    Day2☑️ im tired more but i feel like i want to do another workout because l dont think this is going help because its really a randoom not a really workout and its focus only in the arm so i dont know what to do continue or search to another workout 🎀 guys i see my weight right now and its 63,80kg omgggg i will do this continue with this 🫶🏻🫶🏻 now i have passion even though its a small change… also im not make any dait 😂😂 its just try if i can lost weight when im dont follow diet👍🏻👍🏻

      it depends on your bmr, for ex my bmr is 1500, and for my diet i only consume 1000-1200 so im already burning an extra 300-500 cals, but without a diet if you do this once a day for a week you'll burn almost a kg a week, if you include a diet you'll burn about 1kg a week or more, it depends on how many cals you burn in a week, one kg consists of 7700cals
