They repair the mucosa by reducing irritation of the bowel and decreasing sensitivity to gastric acid. Other herbs, including Iberogast, ginger, and D-limonene, have been found in clinical studies to reduce gastric acidity, improve gastric emptying, and promote gastric healing.

Hey I am a new subscriber. Just came across you page because I suffer with Acid Reflux. I have mentioned to my doctor about trying other remedies to help with Acid Reflux and she was open minded with me trying. I did purchase slippery elm and licorice root. I’m using the slippery Elm (Nature Way).
I was wondering so did you take 2 slippery elm and 2 licorice root, twice a day? On top of taking your 1 omeporozole? Because I take omeporozole as well but I wasnt sure how to fit it in with the supplements? I suffer with high Acid built up just like you an my sphincter opens causing acid to go back up my throat. So I get bad heartburns and my chest is so inflamed that my chest is a bit tender to touch.
But from taking the supplements it has helped throughout the day but I still get worse at night. Thank you for all your support and help. Acid reflux is just the worse 😩

Quick question, do you still take the slippery elms everyday or only when you have flare up? Basically I want to know if I would have to take this everyday like prescribed medicine?

i know same! originally my dr said high stomach acid but after learning more - recently i believe my issue is low stomach acid. it’s so tough to tell! working with a gut specialized Registered Dietitian (like the ones i interview on my channel and instagram) can help!

Doctors just want to put us on ppis plus which do not work in any way I had been to doctors for 1.5 years none of the medications helped I'm trying ayurvedic medicine for my gastritis and acid reflux but that isn't helping much either although it's little better than 4 months ago
I have taken help from gut microbiome expert now will discuss all your supplements
