Along with the cash bonus we also get a paid day off (safety day). That would be 4 x your adp per year....providing you don't hit anything!

Wow I can't believe I forgot about that. You're right so that's a value of four times your ADP which is close to what the whole bonus is depending on what your ADP is. Mine is currently $481. Looks like that was a critical error on my part not adding it into the video

No that's not a bad deal at all. Times that by 4 and That's a great deal for the entire year.

500 is right on the nose, it's what my safety tends to be around. We make 30% less income from a traditional 5-2 program. So theyll ve making $700 per safety. There is some efficiency loss on the 5-2 programs due to 5-5 tends to be well rested. But, if youre among the crazy people who extend everyweek on the 5-5 i could see this being potentially as high as $1000, not to mention the absurd ADP onn top

Yeah I extend into my week off from June to December pretty often. By the time January hits I'm well above 500 usually for an ADP. The safety bonus is much higher for those quarters but the other two quarters are pretty small. Just my opinion but I feel like the 5-5 is the best option if you work it correctly when it comes to schedules. I can only make a little over $100,000 a year doing it but if I was on the 5-2 I would have to work myself to death to get the $140,000 for the year versus I only have to work hard 6 months out of the year with the five on five off. Seems like people are afraid of the five on five off because they don't understand You have to work the situation depending on the time of year and look at the big picture which is what you make total in the year and how much time off you have. End result is money isn't everything but a good balance means the world to me.

Enjoy your videos. I was wondering do you know if a written warning for speeding counts as a moving violation at Walmart? Thanks

My question 5 on 5 off is for only seniority guys like yourself

I've seen newer guys get five on five off. All the positions are bid on so yes seniority does matter. The thing is most drivers don't want five on five off so you have it pretty good chance at it depending on what DC you work out of and how many people might actually be interested in that schedule.
