- We did it - we finally ventured onto Atlantis' fabled ALL-GAY cruise for a week long adventure around the Caribbean. And what can we say? It was INTENSE. From sunbathing by the pool, dining at various restaurants, going to drag and comedy shows and dancing our asses off at over TEN parties, we were constantly on the move. This was truly an experience like no other! Join us today as we document day 1-3 of the chaos~

The best thing about the Atlantis cruise I did was that most of the gays were passed out from partying so there were no lines at the restaurants and buffets.

I'm always amazed at how big these ships are. I would like to visit one once....not stay on it, but just have a look around. I have this idea in my head that it has nothing at all to do with being on the ocean or sailing....it's just a big mall with a theme park on the ocean, right? The other idea I have is that to go on an Atlantis cruise you have to be rich, young and beautiful. I would imagine that someone like me would probably not be as welcome in this environment. Still, thanks for showing us this! I look forward to part two!! You guys always do great work!

BUT BUT 😮what's there to do than eat lots, ( it's all tempting,) walk, swim, dance, party hard, no entertainment shows, movie theaters, and I didn't see people over 45+, ? I get it, it's a party cruise, and after 2,3 days I think I'd be bored,!?

If you're not into men then have fun with the food! Bottoms don't tend to eat much if at all so it's not going to be like normal cruises where the buffets are a chore!
Just got back from a Carnival Cruise and we pulled up next to the Oasis of the Sea. Talk about boat envy😂 This looks so much more fun. Can’t wait for part 2!

OMGOOOSSHH Living vicariously through you guys hahahaha. I had no idea gay cruises could be so cute -- especially with the whole decorating the door thing. I also love seeing that there's actually a wide variety of body types. I've always been worried that if i go to these events, my body dysmorphia would fly through the roof because everyone is going to look like a bodybuilder or a porn star. Glad to see that isnt the case :)

This is exactly why I don't go on a gay cruises...just a bunch of femme, old, bald, fat queens mixed in with lanky, boring, run-of-the mills gay boys who offer nothing special. I prefer a place with normal, masculine, fit gay men and who actually have character and just don't follow the gay, stereotyped crowds. Definitely not a place to pick up. Further, they dress up like they are Barbie dolls. It's pathetic.

As an older gay man, even if there is no dress code on an all-gay cruise, I think that I’d still make the effort and dress for dinner in my best Tux, as I’d want to keep it a classy and elegant affair - I watch Ben & David’s TH-cam Channel which I consider to be the best TH-cam channel out there
Back in 2007 there was a transatlantic gay cruise on Queen Mary 2. Back then I didn't have the money for it but if they offer it again I'd do it in a heartbeat.

FYI tap water on cruise ships is desalinated from sea water, very safe to drink and available everywhere, same as the water you get from the restaurants or bars aboard. I never purchased water packages on 5 cruises I was on. 🙂

haha it was so WILD! we tried to do a lot on the cruise, but there were people also just chilling and relaxing. It was fun to be surrounded by a lot of gay people

Videos like this make me even wonder if I am apart of the LGBTQ community. I have never been drunk a day in my life, I have never used drugs of any sort recreationally. I have never had sex outside of my relationship. I have never danced all night and nor have I had multiple sexual partners. I find this kind of gay life to be my worst nightmare. You all helped me know that I am not interested in this part of popular gay life. I reject this kind of hedonism for personal reasons . None of this is my idea of fun. I might even go as far as to say, I find it gross. But I would never be against any of you enjoying your life as you see fit. It is just not for me nor my style.
That's the diversity of the LGBT+ community. We're all part of the umbrella (at least where our fight for equal rights is concerned) despite how different we are.
That's your choice and that is totally fair enough. i don't relate to this lifestyle either - well, not any more. I did in my 20s, 30s an probably 40s . I'm 61 now, settled, and into other things (e.g, going on safaris in Africa - I'm into wildlife - or intimate weekends away with my partner, or dinner parties with close friends). Most of these guys will have moved on to other pursuits in their 60s !
I mean it's the same if you were straight. The community is just there as a support system and movement against discrimination. The very message is that we're as normal as heterosexuals. All this promiscuity happens with them as well. Its just so normalized that it happens at every bar out there, no need for a special cruise to make them feel safe to do it.

The staff love these cruises because they are not like every other cruise with their own parties, lights, sound systems and entertainment. I’ve been on Six and the crew said they really enjoy it and have a great time as they can come to all the parties.

I have a a totally different take on gay cruises. My first I was 43 and I went with my husband. We didn't go to many of the parties but did all the day excursions with the lesbians. My second I was 55 from Auckland to Sydney. Again with my husband and we went to a few parties. I think I missed the freedom of being single in my 20s to the AIDS crisis, so the whole gay party boat thing just doesn't do it for me. All my cruises since have been regular cruises.
Couldn’t agree more, I must admit a cruise like this is the absolute last thing I would want to do on a vacation, just way too much over the hill behavior too many princesses and just too much pretty pretty pretty. Much prefer a hike in the woods.
