Thank you:) Haha…good question. Could make a whole video about it. Actually I do lots of cardio before in combination with celebrating long with friends at home…like party training 🏋️♀️. Then I eat healthy and try to sleep my hours including meditation like naps. Yes, and I skip parties or events to make it through which is a fight against FOMO;) In addition to that plan a vacation afterwards:) Its a marathon…but the fresh air, great weather and the welcoming atmosphere with lots of love gives you a lot of energy. Not overdoing alcohol consumption helps a lot. I do not need anything else.

For me the ports of a cruise are the most important thing to consider first. Then I might take the cruise based on which ship based on size, age and food quality. I also look where friends go. People shift between Lademence and Atlantis these days. Atlantis is more American, Lademence more European. I cannot decide what I like more actually. Both are great and fun. They have their differences which is good because you don’t want them to be exchangeable:)

I wanna experience it someday but only myself , kind feel nervous haha 😅
I mostly go alone and I am still always a bit nervous but when you are open and curious the people and the atmosphere will welcome you with open arms.
