      +mordulencia Вестсайд это не только атмосфера в зале, вся жизнь строиться вокруг него. Я больше года здесь и видел что не все выдерживают в Вестсайде. Рад что мои видео смотрят в Россие особенно в моем родном городе) Луи очень восхищается русскими людьми!!! Он знает больше русских имен из тяжелой атлетики, пауэрлифтинга и других видов спорта чем я))

      It WAS on the bench. I believe that was Jason Coker. He was competing at this time. He definitely knows to keep his ass on the bench, or he'll get red lighted.

    hey Dimitry, so ive been doing the conjugate method for the past 5 months. Would you consider massthetics variation of the program to be better for raw lifters? They don't use as much accommodating resistance, and after they finish the 10 sets of 1-3 on me day, they do 80% for a 3x5 then do another barbell movement weakpoint after that, and they don't use boxes. I go back and forth between louies way and theres. My deadlift has gone way up to 600 now but my squat hasnt moved for the past 3 months staying at 445. Any tips on what you might recommend?

      +Matt Focusing on train your weak muscles. It is impossible to say what kind of muscles need more work for you without watching you lifts. Probably you back became stronger in deadlift but hamstrings need more work for squat. You can find exercises which work well for just with experiments, try different exercises in accessory and see which one works for you. In Westside for raw lifters everything same with gear lifters.
