And as you might presume severing this connection by let's say killing the person - like Amuro did can have a devastating effect and surge of strong emotions, much like the mindfuck trip Amuro had when he killed Lala. For few moments the universe was wrapped into a wicked bubble of nonsense , chaos and pain. The supposed layer of existence and reality where humanity spirits can reside, probably the only comforting thought after the ugliness of war. Anyway, Gigi communicated her wishes and thoughts to Hathaway in the shuttle and in turn he immediately understood, felt and connected with the intentions of Gigi and she herself might not even know she's a newtype. And the whole "Goddess of luck" and sensing possible problems is simply her sensing the time and space around her, you might even say connecting with the universe the same way Kamille did in the first episode of Zeta and was freaked out. Your frustration with them " lack of displaying powers" I think is not rightfully justified. Being newtype does not grant you godly powers like Kira Yamato or any kind of instant and sudden shounen power boost Naruto style, being a newtype is getting to transcend into the next step of humanity, while remaining human but get better cognitive functions, understanding and opportunity to "connect" with humanity and other humans as a whole. And maybe then, the idea is that we will understand each other better and instantly, resulting in no conflicts because of misunderstanding and dsiconnection.

I’d say the dynamic of the characters is also very adult. Before this movie, though I think Char’s counterattack also made the tone of the UC more adult too. Gigi’s and Hathaway sparks of both sexual tension and sharing a new type connection. And Kenneth is display as having game apparently perhaps a way to cope with why he no longer wears a ring. I just watched it and I had no clue what was going on and I still enjoyed it, especially the taxi scene and Hathaway trying to save GiGi during the big fight. I haven't followed Gundam since the 1980s, so you can say I am out of the loop. This is my first Gundam movie/series since MS 08th I really enjoyed this because it brought back memories of Patlabor. The tone and nature of this movie Is adult oriented. I never liked the more childish versions of Gundam but this movie is more...grown up, more adulty. Is Hathaway's dream even practical? Trying to move all human life from earth just to protect earth's environment sounds like he's lost his grip in reality, that is why the taxi scene was so good. 1000 years of peace? That's straight out of the bible, is Hathaway delusional? These are the questions I asked when watching Hathaway. He's very focused, respected leader, great MS pilot but his vision is childish, disconnected and delusional. Much like how I saw Char's vision as well. You want change but you'll murder 4 billion people doing it. That's not a plan based on maturity and wisdom but one of a child that would flip the chess table when he's losing.
What exactly can they include from F91? None of the Mobile Suits from there are even in development at this point. The only thing I can think of is cameo of Resolute, a ship from Victory, but confirmed to exist in UC 0105.
The Federation still existed even into Victory Gundam which was in UC153 The thing is Around the time of F91 The Federation was going into heavy decline and also in the years that followed Spacenoids were given representation in the government and by the time of Victory Gundam the Federation was so weak they couldn’t fight against the Zanscare Empire and mostly the League Militaire were the only force that could oppose them.
I'm so glad that MSG: Hathaway's Flash was highly successful at the box office in Japan and was a fan favorite film that take place in the very popular UC timeline.
Hard to believe it only took Earthnoids a decade to forget about t/ Space Independence movement but i look at America and its same amnesia for t/ values of its sexual revolution in t/ 70s and suddenly It all makes sense XD
What drew me to the Gundam series was always the MS designs with realistic elements in them and the large scale MS battles. I must say I don't like these new flashy peacock Gundam designs.
16:04 Absha about this I disagree with you, I think the movie versions of Xi Gundam painted full white because it supposed to symbolize the "White Devil" moniker of Gundam instead of 4 horseman of death, the Pale Rider.
This is false lol. It's the highest grossing gundam film since Encounters in Space, but it only made 2.2 billion Yen.... Mugen Train made 32 billion Yen and Spirited Away did 31 billion.
Really excited for a series like this! The first movie was cool. Now I just hope we have a human v human fight scene akin to Borne in the middle of a giant MS fight. Also like to note just how well the designs of Gundam character in the OG style just shine in this sort of animation along with the more modern Witch series makes me very hopeful for the next Seed movie whenever that comes.
YES but it probably won’t happen. Id rather not have them adapt gundam works if Tomino isn’t going to be involved you know, look what happened to these movies just from studio interference
I still find it funny that probably the most hated character in CCA gets his own movie, The Team killing Simp. Still Waiting for the next parts of Narrative Sunrise! I wanna know where this is goin, you had me hooked im still waitin
I will say even as convoluted as the uc story gets later on I loved this movie. It doesn't clash too hard with unicorn and it feels like its own separate story to a degree. My criticisms have mostly been that it's slow and not very clear plot-wise, and that applies to the novel as well since both follow the same plot beats. The english dialogue is kinda all over the place, it can be a bit offputting even to people who are used to translated dialogue. The fights, while they are stunning, are really difficult to see, which is unfortunate since in the trailers it's much easier to see the details. All that being said, I put it on par with cca and tbh it's better written than cca once you put some thought into what's going on in the movie. Overall 8/10
I'm actually happy with the direction Sunrise is taking. When we grow up a lot of our viewpoints change and evolve. The media we consume, and everything around us change a little. Gundam too must change its direction, make bold proclamations to usher in the second universal century. I'm excited for the Witch from Mercury. I think it's the second Gundam female protagonist? The 1st one would be NT.
I loved Hathaway's flash. It was a great return to form. I hate unicorn and narrative. I want to see some kind of return to REAL robot, not super robot that gundam has become.
Excellent video, I'm a huge fan of how much detail and work you work into all your content. Personal Opinion: 1.) Hathaway and Quess should have died in CCA, they were both little shits the entire movie - I've been a fan of the Gundam franchise since I was 10 (32 now) - I am beyond tired of stupid ass kids stealing mobile suits and getting good people killed because of it. That trope is extremely old and played out now. 2.) Chan Agi should have survived instead of Hathaway - she was bad ass mobile suit technical officer and engineer, it would have been way more interesting to see what other MS technology she could have developed in later years. 3.) Hathaway's Flash should've never happened. 4.) Penelope and Xi are terrible mobile suit designs, the mechanical engineer in me screams every time I see them both. I agree with you, the Katoki versions are definitely an improvement.
I think that in the eighties that trope of kids stealing ms was still new haha... And the problem with Quess is that she comes out of nowhere and is killed and only Hathaway cared, it's almost as if all of HF is a consequence of her death... but she was never that important to begin with so... yeah, it's weird haha. As for the Penelope and Xi... they're extremely bizarre and totally impractical... but the Xi looks almost like a super robot so that's probably why I like it.
@@OrtadragoonX I admit, I may be suffering from angry old fan syndrome haha. I won't hate on the Xi as hard, I'm just not a fan, but I'm totally cool with other people being into it.
@@absa Yeah that is a good point, it was 1988 and the 80's were all about crazy teenage kids stealing billion dollar military equipment haha, Macross and all the other Real Mecha series from then did it as well. I would love to see a Gundam or any other mecha series realistically depict an unauthorized person trying to steal an armed military vehicle - they wouldn't survive for long. I worked at the North Island Naval Base in San Diego - if anyone jumped the fence and started running to towards the F/A-18's or any other parked aircraft, trust me they were getting shot or if they were lucky, arrested and put in jail. My apologies if I came across angry or annoyed in my original comment - I wasn't trying to bring the mood down lol, I'm just bitter at the current state of Gundam, one of my favorite franchises of all time. It was massive part of my life since I was a kid and now as an adult I can hardly look past its faults. Parts of it are just so bad I have a hard time accepting them. I was so excited when Unicorn came out initially, but by the time we got to episode 6 and 7 I wish the show had never existed, that also goes for Narrative. Psycho Frame and its literal magical powers are garbage - at least the franchise provided physics based explanations to how beam technology and micro-compact Minovsky thermal nuclear reactors worked, even if they were pseudo-science. Psycho frame anything is just a crutch for lazy, unimaginative writing. Narrative basically introduces time travel from a material science perspective. With regards to Quess in CCA...yikes - terrible character, terrible writing. I also agree, she came out of nowhere. I'm so tired of moody, angsty teenagers being the driving force behind most Gundam series. It worked for MSG in 1979, it was a bunch of kids being thrown into a war, you would totally expect them to overreact or not know what to do in most situations, however; I'm not a fan of it in Zeta, ZZ, CCA, and Unicorn. For all the problems 08th MS Team, 0080, 0083, and Thunderbolt have, I would gladly take them any day over the mainline stories, except for the 1979 series of course. My apologies for the super long comment haha, I dont get to talk about Gundam in this much detail very often.
Hahah thank you very much. I took my time to write the script so that's why all the hype has more or less faded but nonetheless, I prefer it like this. Hopefully more people will find the vid.
My only complaint about series is can't barely see damn mecha in it cause of night time battles, i mean i realize did that for thing of realism but come on hard to tell what hell going on at times.
Speaking of F91 connections, wouldn't it amazing if they would greenlight a proper serialization of said series?! They can't seriously just be milking the F90 for P-Bandai, and be concerned about bridging thing here, without something brewing over at Sunrise, surely.... (I'm gonna dream. No one shall stop me!)
Excellent film in every aspect but one, and it's a killer for me. The fight scenes are so dark, with such poor contrast, it's a real chore to follow the action. I was thinking that there was something wrong with my TV; I can only imagine how good those scenes would be with better coloring and editing.
All this time passed and humanity still didn't terraform any nearby planet or made at least habitable zones on them and space exploration is non-existent?

I hope the next movies make a little bit more sense character connections wise I didn’t understand how I’m supposed to feel about the blonde girl. Or Hathaway neither one of them seemed like real people in the movie.
If you read the manga then it’s gonna get really. REALLY fucking bloody also Hathaway is literally a recurring character so idk what you mean he isn’t a “real” person
@@Vross_MKII he seemed very aloof and detached, like he was never actually in any of the conversations during the story might’ve had something to do with the dub, but he just didn’t feel like a fully realized character
Overall I enjoyed the movie, it has great atmosphere, character design and music but there are some issues I had. While I get this is gonna have a Unicorn style release, the really good slow build up didn't have much of a pay off at the end of this part, it feels like it just kinda ends unlike say Unicorn episode 1 where it ends on a triumphant note while leaving you wanting to watch the next episode. Pacing is a bit of an issue in this, that hopefully gets resolved. The second issue is more a personal thing but I cannot stand this whole CGI over 2D animation style japan has been obsessed with lately, it always looks jarring and out of place for me; I've heard some claim its because the two gundams are too complicated to animate traditionally however the finished product always looks so stiff too me, so perhaps a redesign of the lead gundams might have been in order. Again I know some people don't mind the CGI so more power to them but it does NOTHING for me, to be fair its leagues better than the CGI used in Unicorn and The origin but I cant say it really adds anything to the experience. The third is another animation issue I really had was just how dark the action scenes all were, it was really hard to see what was going in the major mobile suit battles and I have a feeling it was done to hide the flaws of using CGI, the combat scenes were...okay. The issue with these gundams is they are so big and immobile that you cant really do any cool poses or maneuvers with them other than flying around, the mass-produced mobile suits were def the highlight of the action scenes. I'm sure this wont be a popular opinion but I still enjoyed the movie overall, just had some issues that stopped it from being a perfect gundam movie in my eyes.
Hathaway is literally Gundams true form continued, unicorn literally did nothing for the series and resolved nothing, really shouldn't have been made in my opinion.
I'm not sure what to do with that since they're not animated so it'll be hard to find out what is translated and eveything. But I'll do my best to explain everything in the next video.
Binge watching old gundams where each episode is an action is sometimes very tiring to sit through . Although Gundam 1979 still managed to at least around 80 percent of it. While Zeta is like 99 percent action each episode. I'm fine with actions but I like balance. Witch from Mercury does that even Hathaway movie.
After quite some time thinking about it I just can’t stand Hathaway(CCA nor Hathaway) just the way I just couldn’t stand Quess on CCA and yes I completely understand that Quess was “written” the way she is written in purpose so we could understand how she could get manipulated by Char but man she’s a terrible character, just a little shit unbearable that every time I watch the movie again I just skip every scene she’s in and Hathaway is basically the same; a little shit through CCA with no meaning whatsoever and I’m wandering which version of Hathaway are they going to use because and -SPOILERS- In Beltorchika’s is Hathaway the one who accidentally kills Quess and that explains the PTSD that he suffers on the novels but in CCA he kills Chan and if they’re using the events or CCA what a piece of shit that he is, because it seems that never happened or even mentioned in the movie and the fucker doesn’t even care about it, completely ignoring that it was his first time on the battlefield and killing someone. Funny thing is that the best scene in the movie is Hathaway’s flashback of Quess running to Amuro and Char fighting, it was nice to see those two beating the crap out of the other one more time hahaha. Anyway sorry for the long comment, I don’t get these opportunities to give my opinion about Gundam that often, thanks and great video
Can someone explain the point of having Hathaway's character development center on simping? I don't see the value of characters obsessing over love interest when cold hearted and driven characters are generally better received than the public. As for Unicorn, we need more Full Frontal!
Gigi isn't his love interest. Hathaway literally has a girlfriend and she's barely mentioned until the very end. Gigi is an inconvenience who happens to challenge his worldview at a crucial time.
I am sorry to say this was a very boring movie for me from start to finish. I had to watch "The Batman" movie in between as it is that boring. The story is uninteresting and the female protagonist is annoying AF. Talking about mecha battles, it's not worth anything because you can't see stuff and even if you even do, it is not even enjoyable. I don't even understand why others praise this movie. The only good thing is the animation and that's it.
I agree. Hathaway isnt a very good character and his development off-screen doesn't make sense I'm sure Tomino's original story makes more sense but I haven't read it
For me, they are soo bizarre and even grotesque that I can't help to wonder how where they ever conceived... yet, for a reason I can only attribute to them looking like the absolutely impractical Super Robots of yesteryear.. I do like them hahaha, especially the Dorito Gundam.
@@absa I actually really like the design of the Xi. It’s a very imposing design and it feels like an extreme continuation of Zeon’s design theme with a head and sensor suite based heavily on the ORX Gundam Mark V, one of the coolest Gundams put on paper (of the love of god Sunrise, give us animated Sentinel!) Penelope, though, is way too overdone. It looks like a Mobile Armor more than a Mobile Suit. Which I guess was the intention.
To add, I really think the reason I love the Xi so much is because it reminds me of the F-14. The Tomcat had a very wide fuselage to assist with lifting forces and to mount weapons since the wings were movable and had light loading, so you couldn’t mount weapons on them. The Dorito shape makes sense to me since the Xi is designed to operate in Earth’s atmosphere and gravity. In universe it probably assists with its flight systems.
Its one of those gundams where you can tell it was never meant to be animated, and just sell a model kit or toy. I really don't have any love for the gundams of this novel/movie. The grunts aren't to shabby though.
DAAAMN!! I already made an oath that I would never ever watch Hathway's Flash before I finish all of the Gundam series in UC timeline 🥲🥲 and now after I watch this video I suddenly have the urge to skip pass through everything and just jump to Hathway's Flash this instant! 😂😂 LOL
I think you're good as long as you watch og gundam, zeta and chars counter attack. I watched those and orgin before I got into hathaway and I didn't feel like I mlwas missing much
I liked some of the animation here and there, never a fan of CG in anime, but I found Hathaway to be boring. Some of the premise was interesting, but there was something about the direction or pacing that lost me for some reason. The most recent Gundam I've enjoyed was Thunderbolt, and maybe that is bias because the animation was simply amazing. There was definitely not enough Gundam or mobile suits to grab me and the action scenes were held back by being CGI, though not as bad as others. There is no life in the Gundams, no touch of "oomph" when they animated. Hathaway has been around a loong time now, so I'm a bit surprised people are not looking at this as making it to animation finally than sudden emergence, but maybe for those that only watch anime? I've always been a fan of Beltorchika's Children over the OVA, especially considering the mobile suit versions within that and I less wanted Hathaway to die in that lol

Honestly no gundam movie has had me so excited since char's counter attack like this
Some day... some day, Gaia Gear will get animated. (I know, I know, just let me have my dreams!)
literral char clone? maybe.
I just watched it and I had no clue what was going on and I still enjoyed it, especially the taxi scene and Hathaway trying to save GiGi during the big fight.
I haven't followed Gundam since the 1980s, so you can say I am out of the loop. This is my first Gundam movie/series since MS 08th
I really enjoyed this because it brought back memories of Patlabor.
That's not a plan based on maturity and wisdom but one of a child that would flip the chess table when he's losing.
here is the UC canon order! Gundam 0079 - Gundam Thunderbolt - Gundam 0080 - Gundam 0083 - Zeta Gundam - Gundam ZZ - Char's Counterattack - Gundam Unicorn - Gundam Twilight Axis - Gundam Narrative - Hathaway's Flash - Gundam F91 - Gundam Victory - Turn A Gundam - Gundam Reconguista in G
What exactly can they include from F91? None of the Mobile Suits from there are even in development at this point. The only thing I can think of is cameo of Resolute, a ship from Victory, but confirmed to exist in UC 0105.
I’m sad Zeon is gone. Doesn’t the federation collapse around 120UC? F91 kinda makes no sense as they act like last 40 years never happened.
Im glad they at least mentioned amuro
I'm so glad that MSG: Hathaway's Flash was highly successful at the box office in Japan and was a fan favorite film that take place in the very popular UC timeline.
Hard to believe it only took Earthnoids a decade to forget about t/ Space Independence movement but
i look at America and its same amnesia for t/ values of its sexual revolution in t/ 70s and suddenly
It all makes sense XD
Good analysis and honest accountability, instant sub
What drew me to the Gundam series was always the MS designs with realistic elements in them and the large scale MS battles. I must say I don't like these new flashy peacock Gundam designs.
If you are interested, zeonic scanlations has translated first novel
I'll check it out, thanks for the info!
(Spoilers)
Big robots go pew pew.
16:04 Absha about this I disagree with you, I think the movie versions of Xi Gundam painted full white because it supposed to symbolize the "White Devil" moniker of Gundam instead of 4 horseman of death, the Pale Rider.
Just so you know, Gundam Hathaway is the highest grossing Anime movie ever…
In uc103
Wait, I thought that was Mugen Train thing?
This is false lol.
It's the highest grossing gundam film since Encounters in Space, but it only made 2.2 billion Yen.... Mugen Train made 32 billion Yen and Spirited Away did 31 billion.
Hathaway (2021) was dope. Serious Gundam is way better than goofy Gundam like The Origin
Bro I am so pumped for the new SEED movie. I hope it comes some time soonish. I find myself checking for updates on it several times a month lol
I hope after this they adapt, f90, and redo f91 as series as should be, not mention adapt cross bone gundam and its sequels.
YES but it probably won’t happen. Id rather not have them adapt gundam works if Tomino isn’t going to be involved you know, look what happened to these movies just from studio interference
@@DaiSenshiMounir I really don't have problem with them except they paced kinda slow, should only been two movies not 3!
Surprisingly Hathaway is not newtype in the novel. But they may change that in these OVAs/movie series.
Wasn't he a Newtype there too? He was able to use the funnel missiles.
Podrías subir tus reseñas de Gundam también en castellano en tu otro canal? Me gustan mucho tus videos! Un abrazo desde Argentina!
The most unrealistic part of this movie is the portrayal of traffic in Davao, that guy's taxi should be moving at the pace of a one treaded guntank
I still find it funny that probably the most hated character in CCA gets his own movie, The Team killing Simp.
Still Waiting for the next parts of Narrative Sunrise! I wanna know where this is goin, you had me hooked im still waitin
I think you can put Marida into the Banager and Minerva connection
Yeah, if you go by the novel, Hathaway has no happy ending.
Yessss featuring my fav Gundam and away from newtype magic. Compelling protagonists and antagonists too. I find Jona and Banagher a bit bland.
Not a spoiler but the novel was so sad I wish it had stayed a noncanon alternate universe.
I loved Hathaway's flash. It was a great return to form. I hate unicorn and narrative. I want to see some kind of return to REAL robot, not super robot that gundam has become.
You haven't watched Gundam Thunderbolt?
I like super robot (G Gundam is my favorite AU), but yeah UC Gundam should be real robot
@@blumiu2426 thunderbolt FUCKS
Excellent video, I'm a huge fan of how much detail and work you work into all your content.
Personal Opinion:
1.) Hathaway and Quess should have died in CCA, they were both little shits the entire movie - I've been a fan of the Gundam franchise since I was 10 (32 now) - I am beyond tired of stupid ass kids stealing mobile suits and getting good people killed because of it.
Come on the Xi isn’t that bad.
I admit I have some weird tastes in Mobile suits but I love it’s design.
@@rodrigoleon-alvarez587 thank you for the insight
Me looking at the old novel pilot suit worn by Hathaway on the novel cover:hey, doesn't that look like the pilot suit worn by Valkyrie pilots?
How does this video not have 300x more views lol
Edit: I'm a fool
NVM this video came out less than a day ago - there's still time! There WILL be many many more views!
Hahah thank you very much. I took my time to write the script so that's why all the hype has more or less faded but nonetheless, I prefer it like this. Hopefully more people will find the vid.
I just wish they got Hathaway's hair color right other than that, perfect.
10:47 for the actual coverage of Hathaway.
Mobile Suit Gundam Jollibee!!
heeey was waiting this video :hype:
the stupid access/credit card was a red herring. i thought it was going to contain a microphone. other than that, a fun movie.
Is Amuro confirmed dead or just MIA?
in the novel is confirmed death, in the movie is MIA
Excellent film in every aspect but one, and it's a killer for me. The fight scenes are so dark, with such poor contrast, it's a real chore to follow the action. I was thinking that there was something wrong with my TV; I can only imagine how good those scenes would be with better coloring and editing.
awesome
All this time passed and humanity still didn't terraform any nearby planet or made at least habitable zones on them and space exploration is non-existent?

Can someone tell me the of the song in the begging of the video I was looking for it since the movie came out?
Gigi should've been capped in the beginning.
I hope the next movies make a little bit more sense character connections wise I didn’t understand how I’m supposed to feel about the blonde girl. Or Hathaway neither one of them seemed like real people in the movie.
Like am I supposed to feel bad that she is sleeping with an old man? Why is she around?
If you read the manga then it’s gonna get really. REALLY fucking bloody also Hathaway is literally a recurring character so idk what you mean he isn’t a “real” person
@@Vross_MKII he seemed very aloof and detached, like he was never actually in any of the conversations during the story might’ve had something to do with the dub, but he just didn’t feel like a fully realized character
Where can I read or learn about the whole novel?

How 'bout 2010s UC like Origin and Thunderbolt
Origin was the greatest man
I am the only one who thinks that the movie gave free tourism in the philippines and economy 📈
Hathaway is literally Gundams true form continued, unicorn literally did nothing for the series and resolved nothing, really shouldn't have been made in my opinion.
I liked it
Wtf that's the brazilian flag at 9:17
Stop hating on Gundam Narative. There were some good elements of Narrative.
No there definitely weren't. It was utter garbage from start to finish.
@@palladiamorsdeus I saw some fight scenes from narrative that looked cool but I heard the story is complete shite
wide gundam
what about crossbone and F90
I'm not sure what to do with that since they're not animated so it'll be hard to find out what is translated and eveything. But I'll do my best to explain everything in the next video.
Binge watching old gundams where each episode is an action is sometimes very tiring to sit through . Although Gundam 1979 still managed to at least around 80 percent of it. While Zeta is like 99 percent action each episode. I'm fine with actions but I like balance. Witch from Mercury does that even Hathaway movie.
Its why i love zeta tbh
After quite some time thinking about it I just can’t stand Hathaway(CCA nor Hathaway) just the way I just couldn’t stand Quess on CCA and yes I completely understand that Quess was “written” the way she is written in purpose so we could understand how she could get manipulated by Char but man she’s a terrible character, just a little shit unbearable that every time I watch the movie again I just skip every scene she’s in and Hathaway is basically the same; a little shit through CCA with no meaning whatsoever and I’m wandering which version of Hathaway are they going to use because and
-SPOILERS-
In Beltorchika’s is Hathaway the one who accidentally kills Quess and that explains the PTSD that he suffers on the novels but in CCA he kills Chan and if they’re using the events or CCA what a piece of shit that he is, because it seems that never happened or even mentioned in the movie and the fucker doesn’t even care about it, completely ignoring that it was his first time on the battlefield and killing someone.
There is also turn a which supposedly is the final result of all this war
I agree. Hathaway isnt a very good character and his development off-screen doesn't make sense
I'm sure Tomino's original story makes more sense but I haven't read it
Damn Xi Gundam design is terrible
The Xi, Penelope and Odysseus are some of the ugliest and impractical gundams ever made
For me, they are soo bizarre and even grotesque that I can't help to wonder how where they ever conceived... yet, for a reason I can only attribute to them looking like the absolutely impractical Super Robots of yesteryear.. I do like them hahaha, especially the Dorito Gundam.
@@absa I actually really like the design of the Xi. It’s a very imposing design and it feels like an extreme continuation of Zeon’s design theme with a head and sensor suite based heavily on the ORX Gundam Mark V, one of the coolest Gundams put on paper (of the love of god Sunrise, give us animated Sentinel!)
Penelope, though, is way too overdone.
Dude I don't care F Hathaway and his oddly shaped gundam...
Am I the only one that thought the movie was incredibly boring?
Anime has become too dependent on cgi, also HF is a big nothing burger
lol no. this is the disney star wars trilogy of Gundam media.
How?

Imma start this guys whole career
It was the pacing and lack of action for me but that's an issue I have with all movies. Also, yea, the mobile suits were boring to me.
