Super cool!! You are into motor sports, more than car shows! I am the same, I’d rather drive a car, race a car, than sit at a car show. Waiting for others to like my car!!! Super awesome!!! Can’t wait for this build!!!
That’s the way it’s done, trading, bartering and fixing. It used to be much easier to do years ago. I traded a hot tub for a running, driving good condition 1977 C3 Corvette.
I've been thinking about getting that same car to mess around with. Or TKX swap a Mark XII with a stroker. 🤔 If you're going with the same black and blue to match, all I've got is Bruiser.
🤘🏼 I have to figure my SN 95 out. I am pretty sure the computer went bad in the car but just a year and a half ago I had the automatic transmission fully built up. I have a a B&M in her 🤘🏼 the car has full leather and 109 on the clock🤘🏼
Cherry bomb is a good name, you could paint black over the red with stripes like the truck and the other mustang. Also, hit up Josiah at FDF to get an angle kit for it.
Looking forward to watching this project. I love Big John's steak and onion. I'm from Holland Michigan and do the same when I drive east lol. Thanks for sharing.
Dude, I’m not gonna lie, I feel like that wagon was worth way more than the mustang. Did I miss the part of the video that he gave you cash on top of the car for the trade?
@@daltonthomas901 then done a metal flake paint job, lowered it, and put wire wheels on... Literally three times more car than that mustang... But it's what he wanted 🤷
That was a good trade! I’m partial to the fox and sn95. 95 was the last year of the 5.0 motor. I’ve had a couple 347s made from the 5.0. Graduated to the 351 based stroker. It LL be cool to see what y’all do with this car.
As much as I like mustangs, the wagon was worth more than the mustang. But we don’t know how much you have invested in the wagon and it probably made sense to you. Anyway those sn95 cars are getting popular and harder to find.
damn so jelly miss my Mustang Fox Body haven't owned one since kids nearly 30 years damn time flys anyway great video Kyle much love for you and family. God Bless
Kyle invest in some decent car ramps to put under the back tires of the truck and it will flatten out the ramp to trailer angle and it will make it way easier to load lowered cars
Why not fit the trailer with longer ramps or simple race ramp extenders to put under the lead edge of the ramps to bring the car up quicker vs backing trucks up on ramps 🤷🏻♂️. Used to see that at the drag strip and when i showed up with 4’ 4x4s cut in a taper, bolted together with a notch for the ramps to sit in people looked at me like i was doing some miracle magic because i didnt back up on ramps😂
I would've given goldmember a Lincoln locker and some straight pipes, take it to the drift track just to try it out! Glad that you got the car you wanted but I definitely think you lost big time on this trade and should've bought the mustang outright, your stuff not mine though!
I think it's a lil funny Kyle didn't know about the stupid key cylinder lock, iunno what the point of that thing even is, now your a real Stanger lmao. Stang to the bang 😆✌️✌️
That button is so you can't shut the key off and lock the steering while driving. Just like how an auto won't turn all the way back in gear. Manual trans adds that as a safety.
There not the distributor on those cars, they moved them to a heat sink in the pass side fender and are much more dependable. The relay module causes a bunch of issues, mounted the the coolant over flow bracket, houses the relays for ac, fuel pump, etc. had to replace the one on mine. I’ve had more issues from plugs and wires. The plugs get cracks in the porcelains, the ends break off in the wires, all Motorcraft. Bought the ford racing wires, couple bucks more than stock and are way better.
@jcnpresser oh thanks for the clarification. I stopped working on those right at 94. I know how many problems I had with the 86-93's. By that point, I was over Ford and their "Better Ideas". Engineering wasn't bad on those, just literally everything else.
@@rpturbo yeah 94-95 has some changes, the distributor is different cause of it. the front belt drive setup is different, just three bolts in each head to hold the ps/ac on one side and alt/air pump on the other side. Way better than the fox setup, with all the different brackets. The timing cover and water pump are two years only. I’ve had both cars, I like the way foxes look better, but the sn cars drive way better, smoother over bumps, and more rigid feeling in the curves.
@jcnpresser I remember my business partner at the time, got a 94 GT in I believe October of 93. His dad was a executive at Ford. Definitely rode nice. I remember everyone always looking at it and most people had no idea what it was.

Kyle it deff has aiss to it, idt it has a cam buddy. Don't replace the power steering pump with a belt one. Get one from a Volvo. Ford partnered with Volvo n they have a fomoco electronic power steering pump. I know every thing about the fox 97 to 93. I put the foco power steering under the driver side fender. All you have to do is 3 or 4 wires n use a relay with it. I'm pretty sure just 3 wires but it's deff been a min. They make 2 diff versions buddy. One is made with the resovoir n the other has a hose. The one that has a hose you can mount the resovoir where the batt is, if you rear mount it. N run the hose under the driver fender n the main press line take a diff size is all you have to change n no more whinny power steering buddy. Also i think the 94-95 has the hydronic clutch n can't set the clutch. I know I had a fac 95 n it did have the hydraulic clutch but the 87 to 93 uses the plastic adjuster till you change it to a adjustable one. Also buddy I'm looking for a 351w aftermarket block. I have a 74 same yr I was born n they claim it has more iron in it. Idk if it's like the 302 mexico block or not. Last one I built was a 347 na. I'm wanting to build a 410 or 418 n the block I have is already bored 30 over the guy said it was stock n wh n I got it home that night I got the gauge out n sure enough it was bored 30 n it has some rust in the cylinders n deff needs bored I would say 20 more thou if not more. I plan on using this built novi 2000 by Paxton n everything. I wanted to ask you n if you don't know buddy. Can y ask your Dad? They make a girdle ya know n I had a truck flow on my last 347 n they say they don't work. But I seen where they make a lifter girdle also n some say they work. Could you possibly ask your Dad if you don't know? I in your prob busy. If ya don't care just when y get the chance buddy. I have never used one n want to make sure bf I buy one n install it, just in case I don't get a 4 bolt aftermarket blocked. Love y'all's videos buddy n stat safe n good deal on that 95 buddy

the mustang seller shouldve gave you some cash on top of the trade with the mustang , i think he gotten the better deal
the mustang allready seems to have some issues , its common on sporty cars to have small issues that turn out to be bigger issues as there usually bought by people who just have their licence or want to be cool and dont work on the car , these people abuse the car redlining it and doing burnouts and rowing through the gears with minimal clutch use
guess you and us viewers will find out soon when you start to work on it and post stuff on youtube
my neighbour has a foxbody that he put a centrifugal blower on , first time he done a quick chirp he bend all the stock rear linkages , if you want to make it a burnout or drift car you might want to think about switching the stock linkage stuff for aftermarket parts prolly need a steeringkit for drifting too
you have acces to youre dads workshop so i guess you could bleuprint the stock engine make it on the looser side of the factory specs so it can take more heat and long periods of high rpm and add nos or a blower to it (instant power as soon as you mash the pedal , turbos take a while ) that and good brakes and suspension should be enough to have some fun doing skids and slides , stitchwelding the spotwelded seams on the (uni)body makes it a lot stronger and less flexible putting a cage in it with some triangulation to the top springmounts prolly help too they do that a lot in rallycross and circuitracing
