Me and my Dad did many house restoration’s over the last 45 years, I lost him two weeks ago. I broke my heart when you hugged your Dad, you’re lucky men to be father and son and great friends, just like me and my Dad, enjoy your times together, cherish each and every minute. Keep up the great content. Best wishes to you and yours. A
I’m so sorry for your loss I’m extremely close with my dad as well and my twin brother and I have worked with my dad remodeling houses and historic stone walls since we were twelve years old, he was severely injured in an electrical shock accident and barely survived but never recovered from it enough to work with us anymore but I am so thankful to have been able to live a life of a journeyman’s son and best friends, cherish your memories and never forget how blessed you are and celebrate his memory brother ❤ god bless you
Lots of burnouts bc the rear brakes are not there and it has a hood stack and the wheels were bald and the wheel wells were full of rubber and im 16 don’t have my license yet but once i do im sure ill do the same bc everything i have i do burnouts on bc its fun as sh*t
@@jeremybenoit5582 do what I did and put a ball valve in your rear brake line to turn your rear brakes off for burnouts. I also live in a small town and get my burnout tires from the dump.
I am 32. My wife and I had our 1st ten months ago, it is a true blessing from the Lord brother. From one stranger to another; your life is about to go from black & white, to full on color in 4k my man. Congratulations!
When your dad dialed that number on the payphone...I felt that moment. That hug in the end, that's where we need to get back to as a country. Loved the video, thank you for what you do, the both of you. Never lose your connection to your loved ones, none of us are here forever, no matter our age. Great video, thank you for sharing. Best wishes to all of you.
Just love how you incorporate the heart of America in your video. That father / son hug at the end and sharing the wonderful news you and your wife have, you make us feel that we’re all part of the family. And what an adventure. Absolutely fantastic!
To be able to do this with your old man is such a blessing and in my opinion the best part of this video. God bless you and yours and congratulations to you and Emily.

Just last year I was 26 now I'm 31... wish the best for your family 🎉
I'd give everything I own to hug my dad one more time. When I was about ten, we saw a bumper sticker that said, "Have you hugged your kid today?", and laid one on me. It felt weird then, cuz it was so unlike him. But it became a regular thing, and I grew to enjoy it. I grew up to become a big time hugger.

This is by far one of the coolest TH-cam vids in general I’ve seen in a long time. Not just car related but all of TH-cam. These guys took one truck out of a junk yard, and one that should’ve been in a junkyard and managed to drive them 3/4 of the way across the country. What a story to tell.

I worked on these for years at a Dodge dealer. Those engines last forever but I replace many injector and lift pumps on these. Anyone watching this video DO NOT CRACK OPEN THE LINES on the newer common rail systems, you can seriously injure yourself. But that was standard practice on the older trucks and I knew what the wrench was for as soon as I saw it.
Wow Travis! Congratulations on your baby brother! I still remember when my first son was born (my wife and I have two teenage sons) back in 2009. It's such an awesome time in your life brother. Seriously, enjoy every moment with your wife and baby! Time goes by SO quickly.
I own a 1996 5.9L Cummins 3/4 ton Ram with the 5 speed manual with 4:10 gears, 170k all original. Installed a draw straw and that problem never returned, the truck starts with a bump of the key.
Congrats to being a father! I enjoyed watching your connection with your father and doing new things together. Something I wish I had growing up. I have a three month old son and this is the relationship I want for our future. Thank you!

This is some good video. You guys lay it down authentically! Couldn’t stop watching.
Man great job! I’m originally from Illinois myself! Frankfort. Now I live in Tucson also, I moved here when I retired from my job. Dr. Recommend it!😂👍 used to come to Tucson on vacation almost every year in spring here, when it’s cooler. I have a brother in law retired from the Air-force here and a nephew and niece, I love it out here! Awesome seeing you guys rescuing those two diesel Dodges. Great work trucks, I knew a truck driver in Chicago that had one like yours, with the dualies. His had the same cumming diesel like yours. His also was a 5 speed manual. He loved that truck! He had well over 400 thousand miles on it, and still ran like new! But he always kept the maintenance on it. Great find on that sign! I also stopped at Buc-ee’s in Armarillo Tx. Right off of I40. Coming home from Chicago last summer! That place is a freaking Mall!😂 wish you the best for your new family! Hey! You just drove near my neck of the woods!👌😂👍triple t” truck stop on i10! I live right off of Valencia near Pima air museum! 😂👍
That was great trip...
