That felt great! Quick question. For many of these exercises I'm bendy enough to do them mit a stretched standing leg. Can I do them with a straight leg, or should I bend it like you?
Hi Marie, Romanian deadlifts and arabesque deadlifts have a slight bend in the knee. Conventional deadlifts have more of a bend in the knee 😊 which exercises specifically?

Why is it so hard to really target the hamstrings for me, i always feel like i‘m using my other muscles more than the hamstrings

Why does my back hurt, I’m watching myself in the mirror and feel like my form is good, but my lower back is hurting 😢
Your core and glutes could be fatiguing so your lower back is taking over. Adding in glute and ab workouts to your weekly routine.
