I do love the 20 mins full body theyr my fave but could you do glute workouts with kettlebells 😁😁🙏🏽 also 2 area workouts are great like lower abs and glute 🔥🔥🔥🌙
I feel stronger after this workout, and it’s perfect for my injured knee…not too much pressure on the knees. Love these they really help me work on my form so I get the most out of each rep. Love love love your workouts

I am personally shifting away from full body workouts and trying to do muscle specific workout days. I know 'no repeats' is popular but I am finding I prefer to do 3 sets of 7-10 moves. I'm not sure I can handle repeating this workout x3 tho, so many deadlifts 😅
