4 Exercises That Built My Glutes & Hamstrings!

- If you want to grow your glutes & hamstrings keep these exercises in your training regimen. We often see alot of workouts on social media that look cool but often times they have little to no effect on building muscle. Thats why sticking to the basics always wins. 1. Barbell Reverse Lunges & Step-ups w/ forward lean (dumbbell on outer side)
2. Sumo Barbell Back Squats (feet pointed outward & squeeze glutes on way up)
3. Stiff Leg Romanian Deadlifts (targets hamstrings, feet flat & shoulder width apart)
4. Single Leg Hamstring Curls (press hips into pad, dorsiflex foot)

Great vid. These with the abductor and adductor = simple leg session. You ain’t gotta leg press and walking lunges, hack squat, da da da. Extensions to curls to warm up or abductor ➡️abduction and the exercises he mentioned.

I have a question. I built my legs up in the last six months, but I'm ready to try cardio to start cutting body fat. I want to keep the muscles I earned. I keep hearing from people that if I do cardio, I will lose some of the muscle, and in the past, I did too much cardio and lost most of the muscle I earned. Can you tell me the perfect treadmill setting to lose fat? Such as the incline, speed, how long to walk, and how many times a week. I want to start the cardio in July. Thanks

Brother i doo chest and back + arms together and next day only Shoulders 3d and traps focused more in arms as well...next day legs and abdominal then repit in Sunday i do day of working out 6 days per week what you think about this split? I am natural...
