  • Hey everyone, thanks for joining in today’s 15 min HAMSTRING WORKOUT at Home❤
    This home hamstring workout has the perfect exercises to tone the back of the thighs! We are burning the hamstrings in just 15 minutes! No dumbbells and no equipment needed. Let’s go get those sexy legs today!

    The structure for this workout:
    -2 SETS, each set having:
    -7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
    -15s Rest in between sets
    Remember this is your workout, we are all different and it’s important for you to have fun while working out. We want to make this a lifestyle and the only way to succeed is to enjoy what you are doing. If you need to stop and take a longer break, just pause the video. This is a no judgement zone ok!

      It’s to tone your hamstrings. In time, if you grow the muscle then it will look thicker ☺️👌
