Thank you Joelle for another amazing yoga practice! This is just what I needed this morning, my body feels so relaxed after this practice. Hips and lower back feel much looser and it even relieved a lot of tension in my neck and trapz which felt great. Adding this to my favorite playlist to comeback to!

Excellent practice! I noticed though my issues in my shoulders and upper arms, it was hard to lift up my body on my arms, they were aching, I need to work on them.
