How funny, I saw my comment from two years ago and my word I chose today, CALM, was the same word as then! I did do this practice in the evening after work as it felt right for me. My hips were tight and I’d had a stressful day. The floodgates opened and the tears fell. The sobbing released my emotions and closed a stress cycle. Namaste xo

Good morning Kassandra and fellow yogis. The first word that came to mind for me was “alchemy”. At first I wasn’t sure why, but once I completed the yoga practice and set the intention for my day it dawned on me that, I am a seemingly magical process of transformation and creation; I am pure alchemy! 💛🪄✨
I saw this before I played the video and you inspired me to use this as my word as well, never would have thought of that on my own but I’m feeling powerful and creative with that in mind 💜
Thank you Kassandra, for me Yin is a mental challenge to hold poses for 2 minutes but a 20 minute practice was a good length for me not to fidget too much.😁 I love the square pose for stretching my hips and do it regularly. A tip for other yogis, rest your head on a block. It has 3 heights depending on how your hip mobility is that day and aids in totally relaxing your upper body. Namaste. 🙏

Just did this as a post workout stretch, and it was amazing! My word is: care. After a long day of work, I am dedicating my evening to cocooning myself and doing all my favourite low effort activities.
Compassion. Thank you for your flows, I have a few favorite teachers since I am committed to doing yoga daily, most days short flows both morning and night. I have been practicing off and on for about a decade for the fitness aspect, but only recently letting it heal me and using it to process emotions.
