The 1st perfect buttercream ive seen and copied.. thank you for the tutorial the frosting was yummy and not too sweet.. it even last 24hrs outside the refrigerator. It melts a little but still has its form..
May i ask in what temperature you had the cake outside the fridge?in 35c..how long it will last beforw melting?

Honestly been wondering why my buttercream never comes out nice and velvety. I shall defo try this way.

I tried it two days ago i whipped and whipped for about 10 mins and nothing i changed my attachment to the whisk and after about 3 mins it got nice and silky btw the frosting is missing sugar all i could taste is that unsalted butter 😶
I also used shortening 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and 1/2 of shortening
