Technology Pack 1tbs of vanilla and 1tsp of vanilla paste and 1can of sweet condensed milk Nestlè. I did a 3 layer cake using 8 inch cake tins. I was able to fill the cake and cover the top but not the around so best to double the recipe.
In case the customer wants buttercream with powered sugar instead of condensed milk can I still boil the Raspberry mixture and put that into the buttercream?

I'm not sure if I did something wrong but I used 4 sticks if butter...454 g 1 can of the condensed milk and made strawberry sauce instead of the raspberry. My icing didn't seem very smooth. Not sure if I over mixed the butter or what happened. It looked like it was starting to cuddle when I mixed in the condensed milk. I continued mixing and then added the strawberry sauce. It just never got creamy...was very thick. Tasted good but after I refrigerated the cake with the icing on it got very firm and tried to crumble off the cake. More butter taste than the strawberry taste. Any idea what might have happened to it?
how long are your buttercreams good for travel wise??? i want to make cupcakes and i need to travel upwards of 45-55 minutes..id hate to have the frosting fall apart....does it hold its form for that long?
I like my buttercream really fruity, so I usually thicken my fruit mixture with corn starch so I can ad more fruit. Is that also possible with this recipe?
I'm the same as you but I don't use corn starch. I just reduce the fruit until all the water had evaporated away and all I have left is the solids of the fruit.
Desiree B. I refrigerate my cakes after I decorate them to allow the buttercream to set/harden, I then take them out 30 minutes before serving. If you live in a cool climate, an hour will be fine.

If you mix 500g butter, a can of condensed milk and some vanila you have a great vanilla frosting 😊
And dip toothpick into purple gel food coloring and scrape it off on buttercream. Mix it and you'll have an awesome white color buttercream

Surprisingly it is not very sweet at all....American Buttercream is a lot sweeter.

Qiliked the buttercream and milkmaid icing so siiky and very easy is it suitable for hot climate Savvy
I use it in Australia. Just don't leave it sitting around too long on a hot summers day.
