    For those who need it!! Here’s an ingredients list with accurate cup measurements. I tested it and pinky promise it works.
    50g granulated sugar = 1/4 cup
    80g almond glour = 2/5 cups or 6.5 tablespoons
    80 g powder sugar = same as above
    Food coloring (optional)
    2 egg whites
    BUTTERCREAM MEASUREMENTS IN COMMENTS UNDER THIS COMMENT

      And here’s the one for the buttercream
      60g granulated sugar = 5 table spoons (3/10 cup)
      1/8 tsp salt
      60 ml milk = 1/4 cup
      1 tsp vanilla extract
      220 g unsalted butter = 1 cup 2 tablespoons
      2 egg yolks

      Preheating time please in OTG and also mode in otg for both preheating and baking macaron.. i was searching for this mode and timing in many videos.. can you please help on this

      @@shalinisaravanan390 i tried looking as well right, i would say go around 10 (15 at super most) minutes preheating time, id put it on both upper and lower heating, and baking mode, but i wouldnt leave them the full 12 minutes, just keep checking them. idk which one you have specifically, but that should do something :))

      Извините, я сделала как вы сказали, но получилось не очень, можно ли сделать этот десерт без миксера?Потом, когда я его запекала, десерт прилипал к бумаге и его было очень трудно отделить.Если вы выскажете свое мнение по этому поводу.

    Tried the it! work out great. i tried it on silicon but was to sticky when i took them off so i purchased from amazon a teflon baking mat with macaron circles, it raised and baked all round perfectly! really surprise with the results thank you for the video, really helped.

      Я делала два раза - не получились. Все делала step by step строго по рецепту - однако, не вышли от слова совсем. Не пойму в чем ошибка 😢

      Только цвет выгорает сверху, нужно по любому менять духовку...

      Just thinking about it, frog macarons are cute. ^^
      I only made heart macarons.The concentration of the batter seems to be important to shape it. If I make it thicker than the dough concentration in my video, I think it will be seted in the shape you want.

    For the egg yolk buttercream, can we heat the yolk mixture till it reaches 66degC, so that it is safe for consumption? And it seems like you have already creamed your butter before adding the yolk mixture?

      And cream the softened butter first, then add a little bit of the cooled yolk mixture and beat it.

    O açúcar granulado que você usa, é o nosso açúcar refinado? E o açúcar em pó, é o açúcar impalpável ou o glaçucar?

      1. Granulated sugar and refined sugar are the same.
      2. Powered sugar is called icing sugar or confectioner's sugar. It means the same thing.
      If you don't have experience making macaroons, you may not succeed in your first attempt. I've also experienced a few failures.I hope you make delicious macaroons.🤗

      1. 머랭속의 설탕이 완전히 녹아야 윗면이 얼룩지지 않아요.
      2. 겉표면은 실내 온도, 습도에 따라 건조 시간이 많이 달라져요.
      3. 오븐 온도는 개별적으로 차이가 많이 나니 제가 알려린 대로 해보시고, 안되면 조절을 하세요.
      4. 바닥에 종이호일 대신 테프론 시트 사용하시면 예쁘게 잘 떨어져요.

      Sugar plays an important role in making macaron shells stable.
      I think you can reduce sugar to 40 grams if you want it less sweet.

      If you can't get almond powder, you can use all purpose flour.However, the texture and flavor may be slightly different.

    I love this recipe. Quick question - Is the Anglaise buttercream same as French buttercream?

      It is a little different from French butter cream. French butter cream is a method of whipped egg yolk while sugar syrup is added.
      Anglaise butter cream is a little more watery(? or moist).😊

      Sorry for the late reply.
      The original macarons use almond flour.
      But for some reason, you can also use cake flour or all-purpose flour. However, the texture and flavor may be slightly different.

    I used ground sugar in the whites. How long to macronage? The tops don't look this smooth, maybe almond flour is course but sifted it with icing sugar

      If the surface is rough, it is recommended to do less macaronage. And I recommend adding granulated sugar to the egg white. The state of the meringue may vary depending on the size of the sugar particles.

    Hi! I love this macarons, but there is one problem! I am allergic to nuts. Will this recipe still work if I sub the almond flour with all purpose flour? Tysm! Hope you get a chance to reply. :)

      It's a question that I get a lot. You can use cake flour (or all purpose flour) of the same weight instead of almond flour.However, the texture and flavor may be slightly different.

      The amount of sugar and sugar powder in macaron batter plays an important role in shape formation and texture. I recommend using a non-sweet filling rather than reducing the sugar in the macaron shells.
