Sugo Machine Check! The Arios x CF Lab FD3S - Yoshiaki Itagaki

- Currently the 4th fastest FD at Tsukuba Circuit, and 23rd fastest overall, with a 54.165, Yoshiaki 'Itakichi' Itagaki can count himself among the Frontrunners of Japan.
Itakichi is the very definition of a privateer. Based out of his home shop in Yonezawa City, in the mountainous Yamagata Prefecture, he spends all of his free time working to improve the performance of the FD; most of the work being completed by Itakichi himself. From building the engine, to crafting the widebody, the parts production and assembly is predominantly done out of his own work shop.
The results at Tsukuba and Sugo are proof that he knows what he's doing; both in the shop and behind the wheel.
Thanks for watching! Look forward to a gallery to accompany the video on the main site soon //

03:01 The corrugated wire conduit tube on the top A suspension arm to avoid any chances of damage in case of full extension is a great and ingenious touch
FD shape is all time!
Much love from Australia
absolutely love this FD
Love the thumbnail
Amazing car and driver.
So cool to see retired gt500 parts being used. Interesting how nascar stuff trickles down to other stock car racers in the same way
3:40 the nismo shift knob lol
Awesome video, love it.
Merci de nous faire des vidéos de vrais pistard
So damm badass! Would love to see you visit these shops!
I usually do, but Itagaki's 'shop' is his home garage haha
awesome coverage, cant wait for more
Thanks for the detailed shots! Interested to know more info about the front ARB setup. Would you know what is the brand of the adjustable blade in particular? Thank you!
There are several companies that make adjustable blade type stabilizers for the FD; Sard, Revolution, Amemiya, etc. Ita used to use a SARD unit, I'm not sure if this is a new one or not; I'd have to ask:
