I've seen a lot of content on TikTok about "dark humor" recently, so I wanted to discuss the recent events and my overall thoughts on the subject. Enjoy!

I originally made the one sketch about Buzz assuming that he’s never done stand up before but upon doing further research, I found an old set of his from like 8 years ago that had some jokes that were actually kinda funny. Idk what happened in the past 8 years lol but yeah just thought I’d clear it up!

I love how they call it offensive jokes and then get surprised when people get offended
The whole “he’s not even saying anything” argument is literally the same thing as like “I’m not even touching you” when you’d purposefully try to piss off your siblings by putting your finger close but not touching them 😂

calling gay things "sus" is just a way for people to be homophobic without directly being homophobic
The thing about dark humor is that it isn’t there to legitimately hurt someone’s feelings. It’s supposed to make light of a bad situation. This shit just isn’t funny in any way possible.
It’s funny when they call us snowflakes but then see two people of the same gender holding hands and start freaking out
The sexual assault "joke" is not a joke, it's a passive aggressive threat. It is not constructed and designed as a joke. His intent is not to make people laugh, it's to try to scare girls into stopping calling him out on his sexist content.
As a bisexual girl, I came out as suspicious-ish.
Kurtis is slowly evolving into John Stamos with his mullet, and his ability to do magic
the worst part of this is is that it's so easy to make a joke that isn't offensive. here's one: a snake walks into a bar, and the bartender says, "how the fuck did you do that?"
Translation:
Schrodinger's douchebag- Someone who is a jerk and decides whether they were joking or not based on how people reacted. This is the perfect definition for these type of people.

stg there’s so many racist white guys at my high school that go “i have a dark sense of humor” and then they just say the n word
as a member of the lgbt community, i did indeed have to come out as a sussy imposter to my family and friends
