    Is there a way to change my face to an symmetrical one?

    • @AllYouCanFace
      @AllYouCanFace  ปีที่แล้ว +22

      We all have facial asymmetries and this is what makes every face unique and beautiful but some asymmetries are based on our daily habits which can impact how our face looks and ages 😊
      Check out my TH-cam video about facial asymmetry and start with daily facial exercises and massages 💖

    I have an EXTREMELY asymmetrical face. I think the reason for this is because I always held my little brother with my left arm. I would babysit him for hours upon hours. It's sad to know that taking care of my little brother caused people to look at me disgusted because of how asymmetrical my face is. Thank you for making this video!

    Im an adult now but all throughout secondary school I used to lean my jaw on my left hand on the school desk from time to time.
    Ive always had a very noticeable asymmetrical face, but went and got braces for 2 years when I was 27.
    It helped lessen it by half and now I do face massages.
    I would like to start using a gua sha and bry brushing technique on my face.
    I hope this helps me some more.

    • @AllYouCanFace
      @AllYouCanFace  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is already quite the journey you have had with your jawline alignment 😊 But all you are doing are facial massages. A Gua Sha will also just massage your face and drain access lymph fluid. To compensate for the weaker side you would also need to implement facial EXERCISES to further improve the symmetry of your face ❤

      Unfortunately it's not that easy 🙂 Facial exercises and massages in combination with improving your daily habits slowly improve facial asymmetry over time if they are habit based. Just assuming to work on one side won't move the needle, you have to create balance just like within your body 💖💖💖

    I’m not sure why I have an asymmetric face, but another reason face symmetry can look different is because of genetics. My dad has a VERY asymmetric face, hate to admit. While I thought I got most of my moms genetics, I started to pick out every flaw , and it looked similar to my dad. Some face features can’t be changed.

    • @AllYouCanFace
      @AllYouCanFace  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is a very important part to note as I am talking about daily habits that can create facial asymmetry 😊 Your genetic disposition is a whole other factor that comes into play when working with facial exercises and massages 💖

      @@AllYouCanFace so facial massages can work for me? damn I tried but nothing worked😭 what do I do

    • @AllYouCanFace
      @AllYouCanFace  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ladygagaswife It really depends, as you obviously won't be able to change your bone structure but facial exercises for example can slowly build up weak muscles and massages relax overly engaged muscles just like on your body to create overall balance 😊 This is a process and not a one time fix and takes time like everything good does 💖

    How can crossing legs cause asymmetrical face ?
    I mean howww

    • @AllYouCanFace
      @AllYouCanFace  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Asymmetries in your body can translate into your face due to one side of your body pulling more than the other due to over and underused muscles which can lead further into your neck and face and therefor create asymmetries to compensate the imbalances 💖

    How does crossing my legs effect my face?

    • @AllYouCanFace
      @AllYouCanFace  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Doing this for years, if not decades creates imbalances in your hips, which translate into your spine, shoulders, and neck as everything is connected 😊
      One side of your body will always pull while the other tries to compensate, translating into how your face looks and ages. This is why facial asymmetry is quite difficult to treat and requires lots of lifestyle changes and posture work next to facial exercises and massages as nothing can improve if you don't change 💖

    • @AllYouCanFace

      Imbalanced muscle tension can translate into your face due to one side pulling more than the other or compensating due to lack of stability and since your body and face are directoy connected, this can over time translate into your face 💖
