I think you're going to really like it. I've run mine for several hundred miles now and I've had no issues with it. It comes all set up and ready to go all you got to do is adjust it up a little after your bike is warm. Live life Behind Bars ride safe man shop swinger

Thanks for your videos on the Amazon CV and the Harley CV rebuild. I tried to rebuild my Harley CV and broke the plastic fuel inlet. I found a sale on the Amazon one for $27. At this price it was cheaper than the rebuild kit and the replacement fuel inlet. My only issue is the air/fuel mixture doesn't seem to adjust the idle at all. Maybe you can do a video explaining how it works and demonstrate the adjustment. I went with 2-1/4 out but haven't ridden it yet. Thanks again.

Yeah I don't know why that wouldn't be responding if you were turning it in and out that is actually where I have mine said is at 2 and 1/4 and it seems to run fine. good vid except the needle goes underneath the plastic foot not above. The pressure of the spring holds the needle down - spring pushes the foot and the needle underneath. The way you have done it the needle can freely move regardles of the spring tension on the foot.

3 out of 4 of my float bowl screws stripped the first time I tried to remove them. They were overtightened from the factory. I'll be taking the one good one to a hardware store to replace them with aocket head cap screws. I hate philips heads (china-head) screws more than any other fastener. Damned things are made out of lead or something.

thanks for checking out the channel and watching the video. Yes sir that's exactly what I would do replace them with hex head bolt just make sure that the thread size is correct it will be metric. I know it's a Chinese carburetor I wonder if it has Phillips head screws that are different from an American Phillips head screws. I know the Japanese have what's called JIS it stands for Japanese industrial standard they are different than regular American Philips heads. they sell JIS Phillips head screw drivers. So I wonder if the Chinese ones are different also, I'm not sure I will have to check into that. I hope you don't have too much trouble getting the ones that are stripped, out of the carburetor body. I have a 03 Dyna problems with the carburetor can't get it to idle right just bought one from Amazon to see if it works out. I was wondering if your bike ran better with the Amazon carb?

Hey thanks for checking out the channel and watching the video. I don't know that the Amazon carburetor ran any different or better than the Harley carburetor. it was just that the float was sticking and the gas was overflowing out of it. it was still running fine. I do still have the Amazon carburetor on my Harley and it runs great, and the Harley carburetor just wound up on a Yamaha Virago 1100. I made a manifold for single carburetor for the Yamaha. I plan on Switching them around so the Harley carburetor is back on the Harley. Both carbs work great. Is the carburetor on the 03 a cv carburetor? Maybe it just needs a good cleaning.
