@@mbsnyderc You are right it is a Japanese Keihin cv built with metric standards and JIS B 1012 and other Japanese standards. HD just slapped on a accelerator pump and rebranded it.

Sure you can and I'll have to dig it up but there is a math formula for the size of the stack as to performance at desired RPM

1:15 Isn't that the air cut-off valve? Why would there be an accelerator pump on a carburetor that has constant velocity?
