    This class consists of a meditation that works on removing fear of the future. It teaches us how to release fear energy, release fear and transcend the pain and shame, its healing trauma and helps us let go of overthinking, let go of fear. This kundalini yoga meditation is for fear and anxiety, phobia and negativity. It balances our mental health so that we can carry on with life with courage and stamina. The crossed thumbs help neutralise your mind’s frantic calculations to avoid fear and pain. It is these calculations that result in anxiety and get you out of balance. This meditation clears the fear of the future which has been created by your subconscious memories of the past. It connects you to the flow of life through your Heart center.

    OMG.. I’m in cloud 9 now... 🥰. i got to take some deep breaths during the meditation, not because i felt panic, frustration or any negativity but the opposite, it felt so good and peaceful that i could be in there forever😊 so much love and gratitud ... Sat Nam 🙏❤️

      @@Kundalinilounge I had an interesting experience actually, following this meditation. I felt pure bliss towards the end. I noticed no anxiety or fear during the meditation at all. Then about 30 minutes later I felt very nauseous and then also suddenly very sleepy! I felt I had to lie down, took a short nap, and woke up feeling refreshed. Somehow I feel like it was connected to the kriya. Do old emotions sometimes come up after a kriya instead of during?

    This was soo centering!!! I am not necessarily afraid of the unknown- but more of the actual TRAUMA and known stressors, which have occurred in my relationship… But this helped me to Find-my inner core/strength and Remind me of my center!!! Thank you soo much!!!! 🙏🏼 😊

    This is divine and if you have the words, it’s more so. This can be a practice of learning the chant and practicing it every day. You need the words for the chanting. It’s at the bottom of the comments.

    I am a fan of Kundalini Lounge, and I have done several kryas along the years but this one has got a speciale place in my heart, I could go on for nuch longer but I guess that the chant and music isn’t purchesabla.., anyway namaste for it 🤗

    During the final meditation, I was worried about the future and I kept saying that it's going to be OK and then you said the same! I am in a 300-hour Kundalini teacher training and I am loving this series.

    Absolutely amazing meditation! I feel so very calm and blissful, and I am ready to get some cleaning done around the house and then watch the sunset on the beach! I feel the need to be surrounded by clean and fresh surroundings and calming Nature!

    Wonderful meditation... I hope soon I can get rid of my back pain to enjoy this fully. Currently into minute 15 I start experiencing very painful strain in my back. Gotta just keep trying :) Thank you!

    I feel today I have felt a little out of sorts a little tired and overthinking. So I found my mind kept drifting off! However every time i brought my focus back to the mantra, by the end I was so relaxed and peaceful I forgot I where I was until Mariya starting speaking 🤦🏻‍♀️
    I love how the meditations challenge you to focus and stay present. Sat Nam

    Amazing meditation... I started to feel something in the middle of my forehead, where I believe the 3rd is... I will believe that I was feeling my 3rd eye because it was an amazing and curious sensation. Sat Nam, thank you for this gift.

    I am new to Kundalini Yoga. This 40 day challenge is my first time in this practice. This meditation (Day 6) brought tears streaming down my face. I am 57 and just found out a couple of months ago that my husband is having an affair and has left me for a much younger woman. Yes....I am fearful for my future...in many ways....do you think the tears were a release? Do you think I will be able to move forward with more strength now? Thank you for your wonderful gift. I especially felt something shift when I did the Waha Guru meditation. Have a beautiful day x

      Hello Gillian, so sorry to hear about what you're going through right now. It must be very difficult. I suggest you stick with your daily Kundalini Yoga practice. Kundalini Yoga is very powerful in releasing stress and trauma. It is very normal to cry and feel any other emotion during the meditation- it is a way of releasing emotions. I hope this program helps you deal with the difficult stuff you're going through. You can do this. Just stick with your practice and trust the process. Sending you lots of love, Mariya
