Mariya it is really amazing and i am combining this with your 40 day weight loss programme and I really love it! Something to look forward to everyday and every day is different. I am also doing this with my 40 day no booze challenge so i am on Day 17! One question though I have tinnitus . Is it ok to do today ‘s practice ? Thank you for sharing this for free. I have been enjoying all of your classes for the last 3 years !
Wow, thank you! Really enjoyed the chanting and felt my head and shoulders becoming lighter and bright. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate you and your beautiful work. Thank you Mariya, have a blessed day. Sat nam
Mariya, this might very well be the mudra I have been bugging you about!? For some reason I thought it was the pinky and index,,,,what is the name of this mudra? X x
Another one that was super challenging for me to sit for 11 minutes. I was very fidgety about halfway through, but I brought my attention back into the meditation each time. It didn't feel easy, but I felt great afterward, and energetic, like it was time to get started on my day. I think I might try this one at lunch time to see if I can combat mid-day fatigue.
I love with the ONG. Do you know more yoga kundalini mudras or mantras for singing? Because I feel it improves a lot the voice and it comes more natural doing it with the breathing and the sound.
Hi Stef, there are so many mantras used in Kundalini Yoga- I don't know where to start :) If you do a quick search online you will find hundreds of them. Also, check out our website www.kundalinilounge.com for more practices with mantras. Blessings, Mariya
Wow, amazing! In the first meditation I felt like I could conquer the world! And my spine/nervous system felt “cool”. In the second meditation I felt so very relaxed that I wanted to cry because it feels like it has been ages since I felt that good! Thank you for this practice, it’s totally relevant for me today because I have a pretty nerve-wrecking day ahead. Sat Nam 🙏🏻

while i am doing this course i am feeling benefit and sometimes elevated mood, but also particularly today i feel blocked and like i want to cry and subdued, is this sometimes normal? i have been dealing with depression for most of my life (over 30 years), is this why i don't feel as good as some others? i very much appreciate this course and i can feel it is helping overall, so thank you very much!
Hi Phoenix, thank you for your message. Sorry to hear about your struggles. It is normal to feel all sorts of emotions during yoga classes and meditation. We release a lot of tension, stress, anxiety and stored emotions through Kundalini Yoga.It may be that this class resonated with you more than others. It's ok to cry and let the emotions flow. It's a release. I am glad to hear that the program is helping you. Sending you lots of healing vibes xxx
Are Aum, Om and Ong different? I read long back that om is the natural frequency so v r kind of resonating with the universe..is that same for ong? P.s - this one can’t b done silently.. can it?
Sat Nam. These sounds are variations of the same syllable of primal sound. In Kundalini Yoga, we chant ONG. In this particular meditation, I'd recommend chanting out loud to really feel the vibration and the effects of the meditation. Blessings
Kundalini Lounge with Mariya thank you for the reply and the 40 day program.. a lot of time I feel restless while doing this but later I feel a bit better.. 👍
Yum,Yum, and YUM....... certainly a favorite of mine exclamation. So much gratitude Mariah. There was a mudra that seemed complicated and once I put myself in that position it felt like I could hold my hands that way for the rest of my life and I would love to know what the name of it was it was the one when we were chanting ong. You had mentioned throughout this set that this would be energizing .? I guess I'm just an enigma I found this to be incredibly mellowing and relaxing and delicious Thank you thank you thank you. So much love
Hi Beti, I think this was mudra that you were talking about. The name of the mudra is not specified in the instructions but only explained. It goes like this: Interlock all of your fingers except your Sun (ring) fingers, which are pressed together pointing upward. The right thumb locks down the left thumb. Place the mudra at diaphragm level, several inches out from the body, with the Sun fingers pointing out at a sixty-degree angle. Hope this helps. x
@@Kundalinilounge well at least the mystery is solved at least partially. I even purchased a mudra book to find out the name of it and what it means. How might I find that out? I'm obviously obsessed something in my soul
@@betinabinah1825 I hear you! It must have totally resonated with you. I'd recommend looking into mudra books although you say you bought one already. Maybe try doing some research specifically into this meditation? I'll look into it as well and see if I can find something. Blessings, Mariya
@@Kundalinilounge thanks for your response. I'd be very grateful if you could check your sources when you created this video and find out the name of the meditation itself or the mudra so I can go from there. Believe me I spent a lot of energy trying to find this. Much love

It’s part of the process of learning about our mind and becoming the observer. Don’t punish yourself , instead just observe. Blessings
