    That was the spark ignitor that you cleaned, the flame sensor is at other end of burners., also the thing you called the ignitor was the limit switch, witch always go bad on them Yorks. An that other reading on your manometer is the difference between p1 an p2. Keep up the good work

    Yo homie....your refrigeration valve service wrench and adapter fit those plugs on gas valves perfectly, and it makes it easy to loosen and tighten. Just a friendly tip. The gas valve has been in a moisture laden environment. You see that on a high efficiency furnace. Moisture will travel down the intake pipe and condenser, and drip on the gas valve. That's why you see a drain and trap on them. It happens when it rains and in the summer.
    Another tip, your analyzer was not in the best location. At the tip, you are reading more diluted air. The better location is at the Inducer outlet or at least within 3" of the outlet. Not saying it was wrong, just closer to the Inducer is more of an accurate reading of the equipment. Usually a ⅜" hole is good and put a plug in its place when done.
    The number on the bottom of your manometer is the differential pressure between P1 and P2 pressures.
    Another thing I noticed was the size of the pressure drop when the heating kick in. It went from 8.5" to 5.5-6". Most manufacturers say that after a 1" drop in pressure, you should inspect and test the regulator, and confirm size of gas pipe is sufficient. You have enough for the minimum supplied pressure....just food for thought
    Also didn't see you take a temp rise check. The pressure may have been set that way to keep it from tripping the limit....mostly due to undersized ductwork or poor airflow

    If you have a square service wrench with the refrigerant valve attatchment it opens those ports to the gas valve. Same allen size.

    The part you cleaned is the Spark Igniter. The part you referred to as Igniter is Safety High Limit with rusty connections, clean it too & problem may be solved. The Flame Sensor is at the other end of the burner to prove ignition all the way across, follow the thin Orange wire on the right side. Fat Orange wire on left side is High Voltage wire to Spark Gap Igniter.

      Just about to add this bit. Igniters can usually run fine for a long long time even when rusty. Flame sensors on the other hand are far more finicky and will definitely drop flame if the spade connection is rusty or the actual tip of the flame sensor is dirty.

    I believe you have mistaken spark electrode with flame sensor.
    The one you cleaned is igniter.

    If I need a coil I am going to seriously talk to them about a new unit. If they wand the repair done, we are using a crane to bring the coil up. And if anybody is curious, yes the prices of HVAC equipment has at least doubled between 2021 and 2024. I imagine that unit after install in Manhattan would be $75,000 - $100,000 in 2024.

    This one I highly dislike, & if I ever see something like this again, then I have to unsuscribe :) Why are we trying to explain things pretend ing audience is someone that never seen an RTU, or gas pipe, or a furnae or AC/ etc.?
    Easpecially a dime a dozen all POS York/ Colemam/ now Johnson Controls, for that matter all Carrier whatever units also; that all unbelievably change for the worse. New control boards on Yorks that don't read out on display if below 0 outside that tech support says heat up board however to be able to read display!
    Off tangent, but also why would would one do a combustion analysis on such units? Easpecially if analyzer doesn't have working 02 sensor?
    Your vacuuming out little rust is also almost a tot🎉al joke besides being totally useless to do, them gas shut offs also have no stops on them.
    More curious looking question is; are those LG units at minimum distance from eachother or way too on top of eachother??
    Cool video would be of replacing this equipment.
    Same as in Chicago I'm sure..
    A heli lift on a weekend day?
    Why do you take the time to point to high limit safety saying i'ts an igniter when these units are spark ignition?
    Good luck man. No need to dumb things down to such level. One without much mechanical savy or common sense gets weeded out of our industry pretty quickly thank God 99% of time. Not talking about capacitor "bandits" people we are al guilty of!
    Cheap work makes work look like garbage. Garbage in not installed or commissioned properly =s garbage out along with garbage people in our industry thank God
