Great work and great approach to solving what is a demanding and challenging job 💯💯💯👍👍👍and as usual attention to details that others dont bother with...great value..great work.
The voltage readings on the non running speeds is normal, as the windings act as an auto transformer which will increase the voltage. The current would be the important value, as the current draw on the non active speeds should be close to zero.
Was just about to write a comment on this one, scrolled down and found you wrote it)) I Have diagnosed those units for 10 years now and quiet familiar with this. We have Honeywell Excel 10/12 as a controller for those things (water heated/cooled, depends on time of the year)
Love your videos shout out from Oregon I’m from rockland NY these videos helped me learn some new things in commercial maintenance at the hospital I work at thank you
You do a great job of talking your way through what you’re doing. Thank you.
New York is nuts! You find the most sh*t I have ever seen. Another great vid, man. Keep 'em coming.
It really is. I somehow run into some wild problems and no space to work in all the time lol thank you & thanks for watching! 🔧⚡️
You are not wrong bro New York is something else 🤣should see San Francisco man you see some crazy stuff sometimes

My Guy Stays In Heavy Rotation 💪🇺🇸
Bustin em out! Good work, brotha. Love the vids. Keeps me motivated to learn more. Just got my Journeyman’s last week 💪🏻

JMT TO THE RESCUE JOB WELL DONE.
Nice work again Jumper man. That place keeps you busy.
Super interesting! Your skill level is remarkable! That's why I like watching you work! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾💯

Thank you for your input! Its very interesting to know. Thanks for watching! 🔧⚡️
Good feedback.

@@KiahjayAllen 💯
Thought Florida only had pancake units. This is cool to see
There are many places with units like these in NYC from fan coil units to heat pumps due to barely any space lol thanks for watching! 🔧⚡️
We got em in Georgia too. Some like this with CWS and heating coils or HWS from heat loop.
Oh really that’s cool too, I’m actually moving to Augusta, GA. Is business good up there? Do you know?
@@fendlygislain2665 don't know about Augusta, but Atlanta area will keep you busy
Madness jmt you the perfectionist
Facts. Haha thank you my friend! Appreciate you 🙏
Thanks you for sharing your knowledge great work 😊
Good job Jumper.
McQuay brings me a lot of work here in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
Most of these units at 20-25 years old now and beginning to show their age
I first hit the "Like" button before I view your videos, that's beacuse I know in advance that I will be viewing "A beautiful thing.'
love a good fancoil. that wiring is criminal
best documentary 2024 🏆
Those are induced phantom voltages. Analog meter would read zero as it will pull some amps for needle coil
Great Video. Thank you for sharing
I never seen a motor do that good to know crazy
Maintenance Verry good
That wire looks like Spaghetti L o L Happy Easter to everyone 😊😊😊
The wattage used by the heating coils is correct 8 A times 125 V is approximately 1000 watts so that the coil is working fine
Happy Easter
THANKS MAN
Motors act like an auto transformer. The windings are connected internally. That's why you're seeing a higher voltage on different tabs
New York keeps the bills paying jmt
Facts. Enjoy the rest of your weekend & thanks for watching! 🔧⚡️

The other speeds will have those voltages from the back emf of the motor
What?? No nightmare?? I'm devastated...
Nice sir
💯
🙏🔧⚡️🤙
How much was that repair in New York?
I felt that give me a break too 😂😂
Back EMF will read higher than incoming voltage. Its normal.
Jump per groves man
Nice, another shitshow that pays the bills
Why didn't you show the part with you insulating the pipes.. ?? Anybody could put pipes together with a tool..
When that actuator has power the lever will move back and forth easily
Strange voltage stump me every time 😢
The other wires will backfeed voltage when running in any of the speeds.
😻💚💜💚
🔧⚡️💜
I don't think that actuator was bad bro
When there’s amperage those other wires will have voltage
Wow that place is a cluster f
Back emf
Nice job weldone❤️🩹
