    I still love this workout. Very simple, effective arms workout which i like to combine with 20-40 minutes of cardio after. Miss seeing new workouts from these two.

    This exercise is fantastic - suitable for young and older people like me. There was no weight suggestion so I am going to write what I use: 4,4 lbs / 2,0 Kg for the first two movements, 3,3 lbs / 1,5 kg for the next two movements, and 2,2 lbs / 1,0 kg for the next three movements. I do this routine every day ( I may miss a day once in a while ) and then I walk at a fast pace every day for at least 45 min. Where I live it is too hot for cardio and I prefer to be out in the sun.

    I started doing this workout 1-2 times weekly in early January, and it's amazing to see the results from this. This is probably my fav fitness blender workout because it just feels good and it gets me sweating. Aaaand I feel so much stronger and my shoulders look amazing!

    Stick with it! Fitness Blender is the best! I lost 60lbs before I started using their videos, now I'm down another 15lbs but my body has COMPLETELY transformed through building muscle. I love these two, don't give up!

    Yikes! Only 2 pound weights but my arms are feeling it! Definitely adding this to my weekly workout. I love this channel. You guys do an amazing job. Especially, for out of shape slackers like myself who are just getting back into things. Thanks!

    i did this routine 2013 and i was amaze how my arms got on perfect shape. thank you to this video and the guy that gives instructions really sounds so motivating. awesome workout video

    Ouch!!! My shoulders are killing me, but in a very good way. Short but extremely effective workout, especially those rhomboid pulses! My right shoulder is especially stiff from an old injury, so I really appreciate this workout.

    REALLY Like this routine! This is 2nd time completing. Only using 3 lbs weights, first time tried with 5 lbs and had to go to 3lb to stay focused on moves. THANKS for this! LOVE!

    Always love the structure of FitnessBlender workouts, the time seems to go so quickly but you certainly know you have worked!! Couple of these I couldn't keep up for the full 60 seconds, so there's a good challenge going forwards!

    ok FitnessBlender, I am going to give you a shot. Was at 178, now I am 160. Want to go down to 145. It's not really about the weight, 43 years old and worried about my shape. So tomorrow I am going to start. I have saved 10 of your videos and will rotate them daily. I will let you know how I did on March 31, my 44th birthday. :)

    I loved this workout! I do not have a lot of upper body strength (or any other strength a a matter of fact), and want to loose some fat from my arms. I will be doing it a few times a week and hopefully will see some difference! For now I definitely feel the burn :)

    oh thanks for that! I'm just 16 and got that big cuz I just eat a lot and I stopped moving.! But FB really changed my life! I follow their 5 day plan + one more day and it's really amazing! I just hope to get muscular like kelli maybe and to finally flatten my lower belly :) Congratulations!

    Best arm work out you have! My arms are on fire! And I only did this with 2 1/2 lb weights! I usually use 10 lb dumbbells for my work outs!

    For not using heavy weight, this workout still burns!!! I love this for when I need a quick workout and I'm not at home and don't have my dumbbells. i can use water bottles!

    I've been doing these 5 days a week max for a month and I already have muscle it was acatuly the week I stopped doing them because I was being lazy that I noticed my arms looking and feeling way better now bought heavie dumbbells and look forward to more progress :)

    I just to do the upper body Tabatha workout twice a week but i got sore and tired so i do the Tabatha once a week combined with this class ,,,,and i hope this will be better for me...I love this workout and i think i have to work more with my shoulders because the shoulder blades together pulses press is very hard and i only use 4,5 lbs. dumbbells for that one.....Thank you so much Kelli and Daniel

    i just love you guys! the best video workout i can find. The only question is - do you have something on paper with photos? The thing is that I'm doing my workouts in gym and I am trying to memorize all instructions given in the video but I always forget half of them when I'm there. It would be great to print out this particular workout with images and take it with me...hope this makes sense. :) Once again, THANK YOU!

    I hope this helps, I think findin something that you really enjoy helps. Im training for a triathlon too, just because I feel so good about myself. Ive lost just over 12cm around the biggest part of my belly since i started over 8mths ago and its coming off faster now then it did at the start. I love it.

    I love this workout! Time-efficient and vigorous, and shows how effective small weights can be. Also, the pacing helps you ease into the exercises that initially have you thinking, "I can't do this!"

    I did this for so many days in a row that a coworker said "Daaang look at you showin them guns!" When I had to roll up my sleeves to transfer boxes of frozen fruit xD (a month, no day rest, raw eating)

    Love this one! I too had to downgrade to canned food for two of the sets during the second round. These look easy but actually burn the muscles out quite well. This one is especially great to work on those arms and shoulders before tank top/swimsuit season rolls around again!

    I have scoliosis and constant back pain but I was able to do this by removing the weights on the rhomboid pulses and external shoulder rotations because otherwise I would have injured myself with how intense it was! Amazing workout. Hope you do one with cardio intervals in between

      Exactly. I do the other workouts with up to 8kg, but for this one, I can actually go max up to 4kg.

    This is a great compound exercise routine.
    I love finishing with this after hammering the arms or chest beforehand with heavy weights.
