    Just finished this workout using dumbbells for the first time! all these years of training with you guys I used water bottles, now finally got my dumbbells! they're only 1kg and 2kg pairs but that's fine for a start! you gotta start small don't you :)

      Wow.. 4 years later, just finished this workout as part of FBBoredEasily and casually looked at the comments to find mine from 4 years ago! Crazy! Now I just finished it lifting 3 and 4 kg dumbbells while 6 months postpartum. That comment was a few months before my wedding. :)

    I usually don't comment on videos but I have to tell you your videos have been a great help for me. The past few months we started a "Biggest loser" competition at work and the winner would be the individual who lost the most %of their body fat. Although I came in 2nd I have had great results. I lost 10 pounds but gained muscle and I lost 9% of my overall body fat percentage. I haven't felt this good probably my whole life and your videos have been motivating and entertaining at the same time. I am so glad that I found your channel otherwise I probably would have been given in to my old habits 2 weeks in haha. Keep it going!!!

    This is one of those rare times that I've done a workout the same day it was released! Today was upper body and I couldn't ask for a better timing. It went by incredibly fast, as Kelli guaranteed zero boredom was involved in those 40min. I truly appreciated having the warm up and cool down included, no need to switch videos (I'm on a mobile device). Some moves were indeed weird. I admit that I couldn't tell if I was doing the wide row correctly. The side pull over made me feel parts of my shoulders I didn't know existed, so there's that! I highly recommend this workout! Thank you Kelli :)

    I've done this one twice now, and it doesn't make me sweat much or think "when will this be over!?" But BOY does it ever leave me sore the next day. Thank you for helping me get stronger!

    This would be my absolute favorite upper body workout so far! It didn't even give me a second to feel my first trimester nausea feeling while working out because it was so creative and fun! How awesome!!!!!!!

    Weird comment: I really like the warm tinge added to the video...it makes it more visually appealing than just white. And sometimes simple things like that, at least for me, make it a little easier to work out. I also really love the workouts in what I'm assuming is your home, with the natural light and wood tones! 😊😊

    This one is terrific! I really enjoyed some of the new moves. I would love to see some of them in your next 'superset' video, and like others have mentioned, I would love to have a lower body strength in this format. I don't mind the ABAB format, it's just great to mix it up sometimes. Thanks for all you guys do- you are changing fitness levels and lives all over the world!

    Currently being in the state of "almost recovered from chronic fatigue syndrome but not yet able to do proper cardio exercises", I have for the past three years been trying to get myself to do strength training as it is easy to regulate the intensity without being flat out the next day. I find weight training very boring though and although I can watch tv while I do it, it still is dull because I don't like counting all the reps and I can never remember all the different moves. . I found your video after looking up how to make it interesting and I really love the clean white set out of yours. I've discovered that if I mute your videos but have subtitles on them, I can follow your workout, using you as a prompt to stop reps or change what I'm doing, all while I watch a documentary or something. So thank you so much for making it more interesting. I'm sure I'll finally get it into a daily routine now that I've solved the issue of how mundane weight lifting is. :)

      Arry Lee I had a light "glow" sweat but nothing pouring off of me. I think it is more about muscle development. I did a short cardio HIIT afterwards to get my cardio in though. I definitely feel it in my arms though.

    Probably my 5th time doing this, and I finally made progress! Upped the weight for almost all exercises. Those pesky hammer culrs/ biceps curls are still giving me a hard time.

    Yes please more and also some with cardio mixed in as a no repeat workout. I get so easily bored! Only thing though is switching weights so often (for those of us who can't afford powerblocks) is not so great, especially as I can lift similar weights to Kelli so if I try and get away without changing, it's either too hard or too easy depending on whether I've gone under or over.

    This is really great! I hate repetitive rounds, they are boring. I'm using this routine 2 times a week with 4kg in each hand and I have the results I wanted so thank you.
    (obviously you can always use more weight if you wanna gain muscles..)

    I love the bored easily ones. Because I like variation. And this was a good one for muscles I didn't even know I had!! Love strength training.

    could you please make other videos like this? I hate repetition of series, specially when after few excersises I have to do it again. Maybe legs, ABS and cardio?

    I confess I dislike some,err most of your workouts because i feel lazy/not strong enough to do them and then i try them and then I LOVE it!! thanks fb luv ya!

    I really like this workout routine as you can choose your level, thus not destroying my muscles as so many male orientated workouts try to accomplish.

    I’ve completed this workout today. Ut was very challenging and some moves pretty weird. As you say “gonna be sore in weird places tomorrow”. Thanks for this work out !

    8/14/18 Completed! w/ Neil, We both agree we needed to use more weight than we thought on everything because it's only 10 reps per set.

    Workout complete 12.19.17 I might be alone on this one, but I think I prefer routines that repeat some of the movements! haha!
