    2019 I was lean,worked out with fitnessblender..I was so happy with my weight 80kg to 64kg.With great healthy diet and doing fitness blender workout only.On oct I moved out to different city and all my fitness lifestyle crushed down.I am back at my home,so back to normal now 82kg.😔😔...Tomorrow I am going to start fresh and kick that fat in...In love with fitness blender❤🙏

    Dear FitnessBlender, as a subscriber, Ive been scrolling thru your vast video library and note that you have awesome HIIT workouts dating back to 2014/2016, all of which I have watched and learned from. I was wondering if you could please bring these workouts back! HIIT are my favorite but cannot see you have so much of these going on. Grateful for more HIIT workouts please! Thank you so much❤❤❤

    I love a nice switch up in the normal routine like this one! I love when we do 3 or more sets of an exercise. It really burns out this muscles way more than just 2 sets!💪

    I truly loved this upper body workout, especially with a healing arm/neck injury, where only 1 arm was doing the work at a time. I must save this on the FB site. Thank you again!

    2nd time doing this one! I don't get very sweaty or out of breath, but I know I'll be feeling it tomorrow! Upper body videos are always great when my lower body is sore!

    Loved this workout! It's a nice change to do the isolations on each side.
    Oddly, I felt that I could do the moves more easily when isolated than when I normally do them simultaneously, while lifting the same amount of weights 🤔

    hi daniel and kelli, planning to do this workout today, day 4 of workout challenge. the heaviest dumbbell i have is 3kg and i tried to get a 5kg (11 pounds) dumbbell as 3 not challenging enough. Perhaps because of the virus, but can't find dumbbells in the shops in stock.
    Alternatives are kitchen items - bags of oranges, tinned cans, etc - but these would be too lite, i think, or could only hold with two hands, especially when lying down, e.g. bag of oranges.
    Great website and presenters.

    Great Video,
    I love the Stretch & Flex warm up in the beginning as well as the cool down flexibility moves at the end. Also having adjustable dumbbells are such a great option to having mountains of dumbbells to store or loose weights all over the place. Keep up the good work !!

    I loved this workout! Thank you 😊 I have a question on form. While doing the palm-up overheads, I felt some twinges in my inner elbows. Would this be because I'm locking my elbows out? Hope that question made sense.

    To make the raises harder (10kg dumbells too heavy so using 5s) I raised both arms up then alternated lowering and raising one while keeping the other raised. Could only maintain this through the first set, later sets ended up reverting to normal technique. Was hard!

    With your lateral raise, you seem to be raising the weights very high. Is this correct form for this exercise or would it be better to keep them at should height? I am thinking about the shoulder joint and injury over time. Thanks. I enjoy all your workouts.

      Yes. With only slight modifications you can do this laying on the ground where a bench is needed.
