How to make GRASS JELLY & SOY MILK DESSERT | House of X Tia

  • My mother kept the pantry stocked with grass jelly and yeo's soy milk. This is the easiest dessert you will ever make. Pandan syrup is optional but so worth it. You can dress this up with just about anything!

    INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
    1 can black grass jelly, prepared
    2 cans soy milk (or more depending on liquid preference)
    OPTIONAL TO ADD
    Coconut jellies
    Canned/fresh fruit
    Ice
    PANDAN SYRUP RECIPE
    -1 cup sugar
    -1 cup water
    -1 pandan leaf (I cut mine in half)
