    I must say this was the best stretching yoga I have ever done in my life. 😌😌😌 Feeling very relaxed. No talking only calm music and easy movements. I don't know why but this video has a very good vibe. Never felt before. ☺️☺️☺️

    Today was Day 5 of following this video. I love it so much I am doing it twice a day. I just love the way it makes me feel emotionally and physically. I can now sit cross legged and my squatting has also improved. I struggle with stretching back flat out with legs tucked underneath but I know if I just maintain these exercises I will improve.

    Never felt more relaxed after a full body stretch like i did after this one. So much tension and pain relief, i fell asleep a couple of times during the floor stretches, my chronic muscle tension thanks you for this😩❤

    After workout this stretching session is a boon. Many of them I do in my workout.
    But this whole combination of these in a slow pace is really awesome.
    I really enjoyed it alot, my full body gets relaxed. Now i can sleep better 😊

    Edited : Hey today I tried this whole video during my period's second day, because i was feeling so much pain and stiffness 🥺 in body. Before going to i tried full 30 min stretching and found very helpful in pain. Now my body is so relaxed😊.

    First active Recovery workout. Harder than I expected. Felt good. Kind of 🤦🏼‍♀️Discovered that I'm not very flexible 😂 Daughter did it with me and made every move look easy 😊

    I just think it would be nice if there was an indication of which part we are supposed to feel stretch to be sure we are doing good :)

    I was all gangsta until the saddleback one 😅 Anyway, this was perfect. I made the mistake to jump into one of your 40 min low impact hiit videos, after a 6 months break from working out. The 2 min warm up was not enough for my stiff mucles and at minute 15, I got hit by a leg cramp, that made me question my whole existence 🥲. 1 hour later, this video came on my feed, so this is what I will do for the next 2-3 days, before I dare to tackle a low impact hiit routine. Thank you so much!!! It was perfect and helpful!

    I am really lucky that the algorithm sugested this video. I've been doing the same stretching video for mounts and decided to try something new. The relaxing music, combined with the sounds of the rain outside was perfect! I love her cute lilac set and now I want one too! The only downside to the video is that there wasn't enough warm up in my opinion. Also I wish there was more back stretching. Otherwise I'm really grateful I stumbled upon this video!

    I only truly appreciated the benefits of stretching after this. It left me deeply relaxed. I lost the ability to sit crossed-legged but I could manage it immediately after this stretch even for a few minutes. I also can’t squat with feet flat on the floor. InshAllah I will now incorporate this every day.
    Beautiful video. Please consider do one without music, just the sound of nature (rain drops, stream/river running or waterfall or bird song). ❤🌷💕

    Nice, but not full body... Aside from the one shoulder & neck rolls and one spine twist the remaining 90% is legs/hips only

    I like the music of this video very much🥰It’s very relaxing. I’ve been watching teacher’s videos for 2 to 3 years!     Very good. I've got osteoporosis and weak bones from chemo.i fell and broke t2 to t8. Can so this video and could tell it worked. Gonna try everyday.

    i absolutely love this, will be doing regularly! i loved that there was no talking, and i enjoyed the fact that the timer was still quiet. the music was so relaxing and i feel much less anxious after this session. thank you for allowing me to make a great start with my day! :))
