- Things are changing around here a lot faster than we expected, so we need to fix up the farmhouse a little sooner than we thought we would! Also.... We got MORE chickens. 😂

When I went to the site and saw everything sold out, I thought that Ben has to make you a soap room. Now your getting a soap house!
Just a suggestion - you could paint one wall of the soap room with chalkboard paint. Then you can use it for to-do lists, etc. I also loved the idea of a jig for trimming the soap. With the business growing like this you’re going to have to find ways to work smarter not harder. I am so happy for you! God bless you and your family.
I love how Ben lights up when you're so excited. He literally glows with happiness when you're happy and excited. I just love seeing how much you love each other.

Loved the video, that farmhouse kitchen has alot of history of ladies working and cooking for their families. And now it's Megs space. I got goosebumps when Ben said it's time to go home. I'm so happy you found your forever HOME.
So glad Bumblewood Soaps has exploded on it's re-opening! Great idea to use the ole farmhouse as your soap factory for now. With the holidays coming up soon I see your business exploding for a long time.
A hint for the boys to be able to help you trim the soaps faster. Have Ben make you a wooden jig with a "gouge" blade imbedded in a block of wood so the boys can slide the bars of soap over it to trim the edges. This will speed up the process, make even edges, and free up you to make more soap. I hope this helps! Congratulations again.

Great idea to use the farmhouse for Bumblewood! I was disappointed to find everything sold out but the interest in your fine products must be gratifying. I can certainly wait for you to catch up! You may have to consider extra help so you can take care of your wonderful family and work on all your other projects! And don’t forget to rest! 😃

Fantastic idea! You won't have to worry about putting things away...or shifting things when someone needs the space it is occupying. And, you will have the ability to compartmentalize Bumblewood from home schooling, farming, living.

Over followed them for a while now, since being introduced to them through Justin Rhodes channel. If you don’t follow them, do it now! And check out the stuff on beekeeping that Casey has posted. Great, educational content. His friends that keep bees are very knowledgeable. If I lived close, I would eat out of that garden every day he had product to sell. Keep up the good work Casey, you are a true professional.

What was exciting for me was to see you all making the bevels, so if I ever get lucky enough to snag a product, I will use it with THIS picture in my mind: you, your family around you, all of you working together, creating, and I will get to have a concrete reminder of this. And it's a great use for that old house. God is so good. He provided a studio for you before you even knew you needed it. Congratulations!!
This is the time of the year to contact any tree services in your area and see if they need a free place to dump any mulch/limbs and to ask around your area for any old hay, barn floor clean out products being gotten rid of, and such type things. Dump it in an area of the farm and let it compost. Contact grocery stores, food stores for any organic trash to also add to your pile. Some corner gas stations might keep their used coffee grounds for you if you provide a bucket for them to dump it in, and you are courteous about when you come to collect them. Throw in cardboard boxes and papers too. Get it wet, cover it and let it do its thing. You'll have nice stuff come spring to add into your garden. Love that you have gotten your store back up and running and are overwhelmed with orders! Looking forward to ordering some of your products when you get caught up.

What a great way to use what you have! Unexpected blessings like selling out in hours mean unexpected changes but you guys seem to always adapt.
I love your old farm house ! We had 1 on our property but it was falling in and foundation was bad over 100 years old. Would have cost more to fix it then to rebuild and insurance told us it was a hazard so we burned it down but what a shame. No one lived in it for 60 years had no heat...bathroom...water...or electric. So I envy you...I always say use it or lose it.

@@TheHollarHomestead - Meg, sell enough products and you can buy a Nature's Head composting toilet for the farmhouse. Cheaper than installing an entire bathroom.
Use one of the rooms in the farmhouse for homeschooling. That way the boys will be near you while you are working. I was one that missed out on the soap and the deodorant! ❤️
