2019 War Belt Setup SHTF Minuteman Militia Gear

  • Today on Bear Independent we're discussing my 2019 war belt setup; I am using a Condor battle belt and condor H-harness for this updated setup. The war belt is an important part of your line gear, and will be valuable to the minuteman, militia, and prepper for SHTF WROL TEOTWAWKI.
The 2019 War Belt Setup condor gun belt isn't great, but it does get the job done for this updated war belt (battle belt or gun belt) setup, which I run here on the homestead and on the range for drills. This is a great setup for the minuteman, militia, line gear, or SHTF WROL TEOTWAWKI. The reason I went with this setup is that it allows me to keep a good amount of gear on my war belt without having too much weight, and the Condor h-harness allows the weight to be comfortably distributed, a huge consideration for urban preppers, city preppers, and doomsday preppers.
Much like the condor MOPC and Condor modular chest set, I have found that the 2019 War Belt Setup condor war belt, gun belt, and battle belt have been of good quality after much hard use. The buckle did break on the Condor gun belt, but Condor replaced it free of charge. Overall, I would recommend this gear for the minuteman, militia use, line gear, and preppers looking to build a good kit for SHTF WROL TEOTWAWKI.

I guess some of these folks don't get it that nothing about your EDC, Level 1/2/3, whatever the new cool way of labeling it is not cast in stone. You set your gear up the way it works for you, everything you watch, see, hear concerning said gear is just options, ideas on how it may work better. Keep the faith, I'm gonna go operate operationally.

I've trying out different configs of the pouch placements on my belt. Tried the dual pouch like you had in your old kit but didnt work for me. Went with a dual side by side m4 pouch with the kangaroo pistol mags like you got. Much better setup.

Hey Bear, I might have a suggestion for your buckle fail. I'm not too familiar with Condor gear but for a replacement buckle have you thought about getting an old ALCE pistol belt, taking the buckle off of it and putting the buckle on your belt? It most definitely not match in color but the surplus belt buckle will probably be a higher quality than the Condor one.
I personally don't run Condor as it's a bit out of my price range (I'm poor), so I'm stuck with old surplus gear. Anyway good vid sir and have a good one.

I've been an infantryman for nearly 20 years. We have to be able to stand for days, get in/out of vehicles, run, climb over walls and through windows, high and low crawl through all kinds of terrain.
Lessons I learned is to wear as little as possible, keep anything off the back of my belt that's hard (soft things are ok), and keep as little as possible on the front.
Crawling on rocky/gravelly ground will let you know what is durable and if your setup make sense.

Yeah, it works and it isn't overpriced (like 5.11). Anything that allows the common joe to "OPERATE!" or be a better equipped member of his sphere/community is a win for Liberty in my book. Preserving and defending the Constitution shouldn't just be for those people who make 6 figures with no other dependents or responsibilities.
