    Took a class with Instructor Zee and Karl from tactical rifleman years ago and I didn’t have any “kit” besides a holster.
    They hooked me up with ATS Tactical Gear out of Kentucky. Berry Compliant and I got a belt from them. I know nothing about your gear and why it’s there but for 8-10 hour classes it doesn’t ever become uncomfortable surprisingly. But I do carry a heavy commercial electricians pouch every day of the week. Thanks for sharing Chad!

    I love mine, it’s awesome. It took 4 months to get it mind you, but definitely worth the wait. Apparently they outsource their cage material and that supplier was or still is struggling to maintain supply. So just be patient if y’all decide to get one. You won’t regret it. Everything Chad said about it is on point.

    Thanks Chadd , I'm trying out a new type of mag pouch kydex insert does grab well very sleek no bungee strings ,. I live where it's VERY HOT , bungee cord doesn't last here ,. So I'll give these a try ,. Also got them for AR mags . I do like the sleeker look .

    So I upgraded in June to the kore battle, war, operator, molle belt and imho it is a total game changer cause you can actually adjust it while you walk or run.

    Great video. That looks like the biggest innovation for war belts as we’ve seen since the cobra buckle. The Maxpedition Mini Roly Poly dump pouch is great and takes up about 2-3” on your belt. I used to use Tactical Tailor pouches with Kywi inserts (ingenious item) way back in the day, but now I’ve been using G-Code pistol and M4 pouches on my war belt for the past 5 years I think. Maybe 4. They have adjustable retention that collapses the outer part of the pouch onto your mag. I’ve done a whole lot of running, jumping, falling, crawling and haven’t lost a mag yet. I haven’t hung upside down on monkey bars, with it on at least, but I might try that. I got them when they came out and a new one or two since. I also use their operator 2 piece belt.

  • @edleo662
    @edleo662 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    I love the Max Expo dump bag.
    I keep a 2nd one in the range bag for brass. Tacos are great if u adjust them to ur mags - they won't fall out and much easier to grab.

  • @Goldenwithaleash
    @Goldenwithaleash 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Not a big deal because they’re relatively inexpensive but one thing I’ve found with the HSGI and G Code taco bungee mags holders is that if you’re out in the harsh dry and sunny desert (AZ in my case) they tend to dry out, get brittle, and break. I switched to ESSTAC for that reason but I actually prefer the versatility of the tacos. I doubt it’s an issue in other climates. Just throwing that out there to potentially save someone some money.

    I get it to a point but I don't wear anything close to that.
    A Hank's belt in the Summer for IWB carry and a Armour belt in the Winter for OWB carry.
    Extra magazine in the pocket and anything medical in my backpack. Backpack goes with me everywhere and also carries another firearm and magazines.
    I've seen people with basically a war belt out in public and most everyone can tell.
    To each his/her own though.

    • @NickAndTech

      This is meant for the range or military/LE applications, not sure it would even fit the belt loops of regular pants. I have to admit though that their $400 H.A.A.L.O BELT with retractable carabiner and a 3600 lb. load is pretty cool 😅

    There’s no way he uses this belt! Why would a right handed shooter have their dump pouch on the right side? You would literally have to transition your handgun to your offhand, drop the magazine and place it in the dump pouch, re-transition your firearm back to your strong side, grab a magazine and reload. Common sense would tell you a right handed shooters dump pouch would be located on the left side of their belt because this is a support item

    • @Samurai_rabbit
      @Samurai_rabbit 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Is he a left handed rifle shooter? If that's the case dump pouch placement makes sense
