    I really appreciate these less-dancy workouts!!! They are much, much, much easier for someone like me (very overweight, very sedentary, very out-of-shape) to use to help ease my way back into movement and fitness. Thank you so much for creating shorter, easier, less dance-like workouts for those of us who need them!!!!!! 🙏

    I feel like walking workouts are super underrated! I've got severe scoliosis and my knees are not in great shape either, so I'm always excited to find more low-impact workouts to do on a regular basis that build core strength but also keep my joints happy. Thanks for posting this, Rick!

    I have just recently started watching your videos and find them very uplifting and enjoyable. I would love to see more standing ab workouts as I have bad knees and find it hard to get down on the ground. Keep up the good work and thank you for making exercising fun.

    Thanks Rick I really liked this one, I almost didnt't do it when I saw it was for abs but when I saw it was only 10 mins I thought I'd give it a try, it was a GREAT workout without being over the top. Just want you to know you are my favorite youtube exercise coach. I feel like you are my very own personal coach...thanks a bunch for these videos!!

    Well done. Started with 5-pound weights moving and using them at the same time and had to drop down to 3- pounds. Well worth it.

    Shout out from Detroit, Michigan! This was the first of your workouts that I did and it felt so great! Finally trying to get my body back after having two kids! I loved that your enthusiasm felt genuine and you weren’t overly pumped up like a lot of workout professionals are. You let your audience know when you were feeling the burn too and your “conversation” with your “audience” kept me engaged and encouraged. Looking forward to more of your workouts!

    Fabulous! Short sequences - SO MUCH EASIER to do the shorter sequences & the workout is done before you know it! Definitely beginner friendly!!

    Love this. I started your speed walking workouts a while ago to build strength up in my knees, and now I’m able to run, so hoping this will help strengthen my abs too. Keep it up, these videos are great!

    I absolutely loved this workout. I have been dealing with issues due to a ruptured/herniated disc for a few years. The key to helping alleviate my issues is to strengthen my core but Floor work is often too much for me. This was perfect and my core feels engaged even after I finished. More standing Abs please! Thank you Rick you’re a godsend! ❤

    I wasn't feeling working out today, but i still got up at 5:30 and tried this just so i could do something, probably my favorite workout of yours so far. My main concern isn't losing weight it's toning up. As I age, I notice my abs aren't defined anymore, I have a bit of some lovehandles and these excercises are great for me to try and tone up while also being able to actually complete a full workout without stopping halfway through.
