I feel like walking workouts are super underrated! I've got severe scoliosis and my knees are not in great shape either, so I'm always excited to find more low-impact workouts to do on a regular basis that build core strength but also keep my joints happy. Thanks for posting this, Rick!

Love this. I started your speed walking workouts a while ago to build strength up in my knees, and now I’m able to run, so hoping this will help strengthen my abs too. Keep it up, these videos are great!
I absolutely loved this workout. I have been dealing with issues due to a ruptured/herniated disc for a few years. The key to helping alleviate my issues is to strengthen my core but Floor work is often too much for me. This was perfect and my core feels engaged even after I finished. More standing Abs please! Thank you Rick you’re a godsend! ❤

I wasn't feeling working out today, but i still got up at 5:30 and tried this just so i could do something, probably my favorite workout of yours so far. My main concern isn't losing weight it's toning up. As I age, I notice my abs aren't defined anymore, I have a bit of some lovehandles and these excercises are great for me to try and tone up while also being able to actually complete a full workout without stopping halfway through.
This workout made my day! I've been following you to maintain my fitness since starting full time work. Thanks for these videos and your encouragement!
