I feel like walking workouts are super underrated! I've got severe scoliosis and my knees are not in great shape either, so I'm always excited to find more low-impact workouts to do on a regular basis that build core strength but also keep my joints happy. Thanks for posting this, Rick!

I wasn't feeling working out today, but i still got up at 5:30 and tried this just so i could do something, probably my favorite workout of yours so far. My main concern isn't losing weight it's toning up. As I age, I notice my abs aren't defined anymore, I have a bit of some lovehandles and these excercises are great for me to try and tone up while also being able to actually complete a full workout without stopping halfway through.
BEST WORKOUTS by far....after searching too many others to count! Finally....great moves....great combos....music I like.....lots of 10...15.....20 etc. Options. PERFECT for me. I love the walk with dumbbells too. In one week I've done so many already! YOU'RE EXCELLENT!

I absolutely loved this workout. I have been dealing with issues due to a ruptured/herniated disc for a few years. The key to helping alleviate my issues is to strengthen my core but Floor work is often too much for me. This was perfect and my core feels engaged even after I finished. More standing Abs please! Thank you Rick you’re a godsend! ❤

I just did this workout after doing your old Whitney Houston step workout on my rebounder doing jogging intervals where the March parts start and every other minute. Also with this workout, because I have been working out for a few yrs now and have more flexibility, the part where you do the oblique bends I did a pliè squat and did the side to side bends. I get more engagement doing oblique bends that way. Overall, this was a great joint-friendly and injury-friendly workout that I desperately needed today. I look forward to your Sunday workouts every week. Thanks Rick for these fun free and engaging workouts! Also, as a reference for everyone, if you have been working out a long time and your resting heart rate is in the 50-60 bpm range, in your mid 40s, avg heart rate getting to the 110-120 range during the workout, you will burn about 50-60 calories doing this entire workout. Great way to burn some extra calories in a short, core engaged workout.
