Been doing GFWR videos since mid January 2022. Really helped me get my 10k steps every day and drop 3 dress sizes. I have a long journey to go and this sort of video intimidated me but I braved it today and while a challenge, it was a good one and I hope by introducing this to my daily routine I can get better.
